A lot of tourists head to The Mirage to get close to the secret garden and dolphin habitat but if you are reading this, most likely you are looking to head to The Mirage to get closer to something else. This secluded hot spot, with its Polynesian theme, is located in the center of The Strip with an iconic volcano that welcomes visitors to paradise. When the Vegas heat soars into the triple digits, there's no better place to cool off and relax, refresh, and recharge.
Whether you want to recover from an all-nighter in a Cabana or you are interested in replenishing your energy levels with a poolside brunch, Bare Pool has you covered. Bare delivers what its name suggests – European-style sunbathing. Topless patrons are welcome in the pool, and sneaking a peek isn't taboo – in fact, it's encouraged.
About Brian Pfeiffer & Surreal Night Life
Just a few things about me so you know I'm credible. I started in this business as a front door host in 2000, and 20 years later, I worked my way up to become a major player in the nightlife industry. While I still have ownership in a club in Chicago and also own a large Chicago-based Halloween and New Year's Event Company, my home has been in Las Vegas since February 2013 when Hakkasan Group moved me to the City to be their promotions manager for both Wet Republic and Hakkasan Nearly one year into my Vegas Adventure, I had enough customers to start my own independent hosting company – Surreal LLC.
Independent hosting is a sexy, but very serious business, especially in Las Vegas. You can't just be any person off the street and hope to work with these nightclubs; you need a gaming license and must be able to pass an FBI background check, go through a lot of bureaucracy and own a legit company (State LLC) to do business with them. You also have to have the pull, the right contacts, and relationships built on trust in order to work a deal.
I do well in this business because my company is reputable, I exceed my customer's expectations, and most importantly, I have the proper licensing. I am licensed by the Nevada Gaming Commission.Click on the links to my Nevada gaming licenses and my Clark County Professional Promoter business license Also check out our 5-star reviews.
A few words of advice, before you book any Bottle Service, please make sure you are working with a licensed company like mine and someone who knows what they're doing and who will go above and beyond to make your experience an amazing one! Trust me when I say, I know how to throw a great party. I live and breathe this business 24/7; it's my passion! Understand, we are working for you and not the clubs. With my years of event and clubbing experience and hundreds of connections, your Vegas Vacation will be better than anything you ever imagined.
In my Ultimate VIP Guide to Bare Pool Lounge Las Vegas Bottle Service, I provide you with all the details you need to know if you're looking to purchase a table. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Location & Hours of Operation
The hours of operation are 11 a.m. - 6 p.m. Open seven days a week in season.
The location is on the main pool deck of The Mirage. It's a bit confusing so follow the signs or ask security personnel as you're making your walk to the casino. When you arrive, you will meet your Surreal VIP Host and we will get you right in.
Dress Code
We have a whole section dedicated to the Dress Code in Las Vegas. To keep things simple for the guys; you have to wear swim attire. Cargo shorts, pants, khaki pants or athletic gear of any kind is not allowed. For shoes, wear stylish gym shoes, sandals, or flip-flops. Ladies bikinis are encouraged, one-pieces are excellent as well, but you will need to wear a cover-up walking to and from the venue.

Note: They do not allow bags unless you have a Bungalow or a Cabana. They will make you check your bag at the front, and if you have an athletic jersey, they will make you remove that and check it as well. There are no exceptions, so please, no jerseys and no bags.
The Cost of Drinks
Similar to all MGM Group venues, the drink prices fall into the industry standard of around $10 for a beer and $18 for a specialty cocktail. We have a full 2020 Menu below, just click on the button and scroll down.
The Vibe and the Artists
This is a boutique pool, and unfortunately, you cannot pack that many people in, and the venue is not able to afford big-name talent. However, they do an awesome job of bringing in some very credible, mid-level talent. You'll find, for the most part, the artists play a mix of open format, which is Top 40, Hip-Hop, and Electronic Dance Music. Some of the guys on the roster play mostly EDM. Just check the schedule and ask your Surreal Host about the music on your day of choice.
The crowd overall is pretty diverse, and it's a nice mix of people from all over the world. On Fridays and Saturdays, when it's busier, you can expect there to be some wild splashing and craziness in the pool. We have a complete page dedicated to Bare Events.
Guest List
We have a whole page dedicated to the Guest List for this venue. For the most part, guys and ladies are okay, and usually, it's free from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. This obviously might change depending on the weekend, but we will connect you with a professional promoter.
Tickets
Tickets are not usually necessary for this venue; the only exception would be a significant artist or DJ on a holiday weekend or potentially a busy Saturday. See the Guest List option above or the table option below
Note: There is no place to sit inside except along the pool ledge. Bottle Service will get you a place to congregate and rest your feet. We recommend putting your ticket money and what you will spend on drinks towards a reasonably-priced daybed or beach couch.
MGM Security
They have stringent security right behind the ropes at check-in. Security personal with a metal detector will wand you.
Big Tip: You must be 21 to enter and have a valid form of ID; pictures on your phone won't cut it, and typically neither will a paper document. If you are not from the United States and have a foreign ID, you will be required to show your passport, so please bring it, or you will have to go back to your room to get it.
Regarding bags, they will be searched and are only allowed for Cabana and Bungalow guests. Everyone else will have to put them in the bag check at the front, and this will hold up the entire entry process. We strongly suggest that you do not bring bags or backpacks.
What is Bottle Service?
By definition, Bottle Service means purchasing alcohol by the bottle instead of buying a drink. American clubs, especially in Las Vegas, are synonymous with "Poppin Bottles." You will be paying a premium for a bottle to reserve a section in the club, but it includes a personal server, VIP entry into the Dayclub, and usually an assortment of standard mixers such as cranberry juice, soda, tonic, orange juice, pineapple juice, and soft drinks. Red Bulls and bottled water are available for an upcharge. The cost of a bottle is the same as its nighttime brother.
What's a Minimum Spend?
The minimum spend is the amount you agree to spend in advance on alcohol to get a table or real estate in the Dayclub(link https://www.surrealnightlife.com/las-vegas/day-clubs/). In Vegas, we call the minimum spend "the min." The better tables will have a higher minimum spend, and on bigger DJ days, you can expect a higher "min." Below are some typical prices depending on the artist for the day:
Typical Minimum Spends
Location | Thurs | Fri | Sat | Sun | Mon | Tue | Wed |
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Chairs | $50 | $100 | $100 | $100 | $100 | $50 | $50 |
Daybed (Main Pool) | $250 | $450 | $650 | $250 | $550 | $250 | $250 |
Daybed (VIP Pool) | $350 | $650 | $850 | $350 | $650 | $350 | $350 |
VIP Table | $250 | $400 | $650 | $250 | $500 | $250 | $250 |
Cabana | $500 | $1,500 | $2,500 | $1,000 | $1,500 | $500 | $500 |
Typical Covers
Cover | Thurs | Fri | Sat | Sun | Mon | Tue | Wed |
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Men | $20 | $40 | $40 | $20 | $20 | $20 | $20 |
Women | $10 | $10 | $10 | $10 | $10 | $10 | $10 |
Holiday weekends and special events might be higher. One thing to note is that you can bring the minimum down a bit, get express entry, and potentially get a better location with a handshake to the podium. We will talk more about handshakes below.
Bottle Service has its perks. VIP entry, a personal server and security for your section can make your big day out extra special. We walk you pass any lines with expedited entry.
Below are Table options. Click on the option you want a quote for or scroll down to our 3D clickable Map section for a quote to choose your area.

CABANAS
Cabanas are a Vegas-must for the pool!
All luxury cabanas come equipped with a TV, volume control, misters, a fan, a safe, a day bed, and a private lounge area.
Cabanas Main Pool (20 ppl)

Cabanas are #1 through #6 on the map and on the right-hand side and are perfect for a group of 15 to 20. They are really roomy and have a comfy couch and a daybed for lounging. By Vegas standards they are reasonably priced. Let us know if you'd like one.
VIP Pool Day Beds (6-8 ppl)

The VIP area boasts an elevated platform and a glass infinity-edge pool. Naturally, more women end up hanging up out here, and the day beds are more desirable hence the higher minimum.
VIP Table (10-12 ppl)
Some people prefer to be in the VIP area but don't care for the three or four VIP tables; they are more like standing for tops with chairs around them to enjoy the scenery.
Day Beds Main Pool (6-8 ppl)

The Entry-Level Daybeds are perfect for smaller groups, couples, or a group of girls. The beds are placed in front of the Cabana Row area and around the main pool. They offer a nice amount of space to hang out, and the price is reasonable compared to other spots in town. So, if your budget is tight or you want to get a package deal, this Daybed is a great option.
Chairs Main Pool Only (1 Person Per)

This is one of the few venues in Vegas that we consider a pool party that offers individual chairs. They're perfectly positioned right next to the main pool and sell from $50 to $100 for minimum spend. Let us know if you would like a couple of chairs.
How do I Calculate My Bill?
Let's do the math
$1000 (min) + $83.75 (8.375% City Tax) + $100 (10.00% Venue Fee) + $200 (20% to the server) = $1383.75.
Total Bill Calculator for Bare Bottle Service
This does not include any "shake" to the podium for location, express entry, specific table, etc. FYI, a "shake" can also help with a lower minimum spend, express entry, and a better table location. This option is not always available. When someone refers to the "shake," that means they tip on top of your table minimum and the tip, tax, and venue fee that you will be paying. (The "shake" or "handshake" to the podium goes into the host's tip pool).
In many instances, there is an opportunity to get lower-than-posted-pricing with what's called a "handshake" in Las Vegas; basically, it is a gratuity to the podium for a lower minimum and a potential upgraded location. Sometimes a podium tip is required for a particular table or even to get a location on certain days. There are some higher tiers when a large Hip-Hop artist is in town, and it's a holiday or fight weekend.
Surreal Table Number Map

To assist you in your booking, for now we have a map with table numbers in the near future we will be adding a 3D map where you are just able to click on the section you desire and submit a form. Prices fluctuate based on demand, which is why we provide custom quotes because we can usually work a deal for a better table! The Table Map with the table numbers, which makes things easier to discuss.
The Best Tables and the Best Value
The best real estate in the club are the Cabanas. If you're celebrating something special, you will want a Cabana in the VIP area, that is where most of the pretty ladies hangout. Since Bare is a boutique style pool, there's not a bad seat in the house, and if you're looking for that European-style topless pool at a reasonable price, Bare has you covered.

Bottle Service Deals and Packages
Being that the pool is small, they tend to sell out on the weekends, so package deals are a little hard to come by. It's definitely worth checking with us to see if that has changed for this season. Potentially on an off day, we can work something.
Just to give you an idea of a typical Bottle Service package, you'd be looking at around $1,000 all-in for two premium bottles when the retail on that would be somewhere closer to $1400 all-in. We can add in brunch or a party after the pool, and of course, limo service there and back.
**All-in means all tips and taxes are included in the price.
2021 Menu
A Bottle starts at $425 for Rum; the standard Grey Goose is a little less than regular pool prices at $495. Check out the Menu below.
Bottle Service Presentations
We've seen some over-the-top bottle service presentations. Since the minimums are lower at this venue, you can likely spend a reasonably low amount and get an excellent presentation. We'll have to check with the cocktail server to see what the deal is on the event day. More than likely, you will have to order some kind of champagne to trigger a presentation.
Corporate Events
If you have a small to a mid-size event and would like to host a daytime or nighttime pool party under the stars, Bare would be a perfect venue for your group. We have also had occasions when we rented out just the VIP area for a private group. Either way, we book a bunch of corporate parties, and we'd be happy to set up your next event.
Couples
The Bare Beach Club is an excellent venue for Couples. The pricing is reasonable, especially on the weekdays, and the intimate setting makes it a great hang out for a cool duo. This party, Moorea Beach and Sapphire Pool are one of the few party pools with chairs. They also have delicious food, so if you want to have a beautiful day with your partner, this is a great spot. We also may have an opportunity for a couple to join a larger group on a bigger, more expensive table. Just ask us.
Bachelor Parties
A lot of our bachelor parties prefer pools with a European-style topless theme. The Cabanas are reasonably priced, and even a daybed for a smaller group will put you in the center of the action in this boutique-style pool. We offer several packages that include limo service, brunch or a gentlemen's club afterward, let us know if Bare works for your bachelor party.

Promoter and Girl-Guy System
Most large Clubs in Las Vegas have what's called a girl-guy promoter system. They usually designate a Pool Bungalow at the pool to be the "Promoter Table." They will bring in the prettiest girls from the Guest List to the promoter table and let them drink for free until they get recruited to a Bottle Service Table.
The Promoter Bungalow is usually sold later in the day, and the girls are either brought to other tables or mixed in with the crowd. To get some of the pretty ladies from the Promoter Table over to your table, you will need to meet the "girl-guy." The girl-guy is a promoter or the host in charge of placing females throughout the day. If you're struggling to get ladies, a tip to the girl-guy usually works wonders.
Typically, we don't rely on the girl-guy system; as a team, we always try to bring our ladies to your table, but in some cases, the girl-guy system can be effective. If you'd like to talk to the girl-guy, just shoot us a text and we'll make it happen.
Bachelorette Parties
Being that the pricing is reasonable for a Daybed or a few chairs makes this venue a popular destination for a bachelorette party, especially if your bachelorette is on a budget. Some days the minimums are as low as $50, and for a group of ladies who just want to have a nice meal and some drinks, this is a perfect fit. The reasonably priced seating is close to the pool, and it's an intimate setting making it perfect for a group who wants to have a little fun. We have some fantastic options that include limo service and brunch. Contact us to discuss.

How do I get my guests in if they arrive late?
Getting people in late if you have a Cabana or Daybed is very easy provided you have not maxed out the number of people allowed. For example, a Daybed might allow up to 8 people. For the latecomers, all they need is a table number and the name of the booked reservation. They simply walk up to the VIP ropes and mention the table number and the reservation name, and they should get right in. If you book a table with us and you happen to have any issues, shoot us a text and we will handle it immediately.
Other MGM Run Venues
Over the last few years, MGM is slowly taking back more and more of the clubs and pools located on their properties. They took back Bare in 2019 from the Hakkasan Group, and recently they took back Hyde in the Bellagio and turned that in Mayfair
A couple of other popular venues among our guests is On the Record and Jemma Pool Party at the Park MGM. They also operate the Moorea Beach Club which is another European-style pool. So, if you are interested in Bare, you will like Moorea Beach Club as well. The MGM Group wants to keep the customers in their family, so by booking multiple venues with us, we can work out a great deal!
Mirage Restaurants
The Mirage has some fine dining restaurants. If you are staying in the hotel and want to catch a great meal, check out Stack, Tom Colicchio's Heritage Steak, and for all you sushi lovers, Otoro is very popular. Here are some popular MGM restaurants.
What Else You Need to Know
Private Pools
The actual pool itself is pretty small so it's almost like a private pool, however, the shared VIP Pool with the see-through glass is perfect for mingling.

Pool Toys and Swag
They do not allow pool toys and cheesy swag you’ll see some bachelorette parties sporting. This pool is upscale and classy, and while there might be some crazy splashing going on in the pool, it's not big enough for any pool toys.
FREE DRINKS for the Ladies
We're not sure if we are going to offer this for the season, but it's worth asking us!
Monday's Industry Party
A lot of people like to hang out after a crazy weekend of partying and chill by the pool. A common question we get is where to go on a Monday. The answer to this is an Industry Party Bare on Mondays is notoriously a fun party; reasonably priced, not insanely packed, any a perfect vibe to mix and mingle. Make sure you check out Mondays.
The Model Cocktail Servers

The MGM Management Group knows how to staff a venue. They usually hold some kind of audition in January and literally hundreds of girls apply. They pick the cream of the crop, and the staff at Bare is top-tier model quality.
Lockers and Bag Check
We mentioned earlier unless you have a Cabana, you will not be allowed to bring in your bag. Inside they have a bank of lockers, so if you want to put your keys/wallet into a locker, you can rent one for the day. The rental price for lockers changes often, but I can tell you they aren't cheap so expect to pay a hefty dollar amount for a small locker.
Quality of Crowd
Bare’s crowd is a nice mix of an older and younger demographic. If you see pictures online and assume that everybody is model quality, then you are mistaken. There are some pretty girls mixed in and some guys with beach-ready bodies, however, overall, the majority of the crowd is what we call, "Vegas average." There was a time when there were only one or two pools in Las Vegas, and they could be picky with the crowd but those days are long gone and now anybody can get into the pool
The Final Word
If you have your heart set on a European-style pool, Bare probably the best pick of the bunch. We like this spot because the setting is intimate and it always seems to be busy. With a hotel the size of The Mirage, it's not that hard to make a small pool like Bare look busy. The prices are reasonable, the service is fantastic, and it's hard not to have a good time at a topless pool. Let us know if you'd like us to set you up.
