TAO Beach Las Vegas
After a two-year hiatus, TAO Beach will emerge once again as the frontrunner of Vegas pool parties. The newly renovated Bali-inspired 5-acre pool deck, designed by the award-winning global architecture and design firm, Rockwell Group, has more than doubled in size, accommodating up to 3,000 visitors.
This full-scale renovation includes a new ultra-modern state-of-the-art DJ booth with an impressive LED screen, 21 luxury cabanas with seven featuring individual private plunge pools and unobstructed views of the pool deck, two massive full-service bars, and a mouthwatering menu of delectable treats, sweets, and savory bites influenced from the award-winning TAO Asian Bistro that includes including oversized sushi boats, handcrafted rolls, elaborate seafood towers, and sashimi carved tableside.
Guests can dance the day away to TAOs rotating roster of world-class DJs with Swedish superstar DJ Alesso and DJ Fisher at the helm. TAO Beach will also showcase several other premiere performers, including the Grammy-nominated British producer and Black Book Records founder Chris Lake. About Brian Pfeiffer & Surreal Nightlife
Independent hosting is a sexy but very serious business, especially in Las Vegas. You can't just be any person off the street and hope to work with these nightclubs; you need a gaming license, you have to pass an FBI background check, go through a lot of bureaucracy, and own a legit company (State LLC) to do business with them. You also have to have the pull, the right contacts, and relationships built on trust in order to work a deal.
I started in this business as a front door host in 2000, and 20 years later, I worked my way up to become a major player in the nightlife industry. While I still have ownership in a club in Chicago and own a large Chicago-based Halloween and New Year's Event Company my home has been in Las Vegas since February 2013 when The Hakkasan Group moved me to the city to be their promotions manager for both Wet Republic and Hakkasan. Nearly one year into my Vegas Adventure, I had enough customers to start my own independent hosting company – Surreal LLC
I do well in this business because my company is reputable, I exceed my customer's expectations, and most importantly, I have the proper licensing. I am licensed by the Nevada Gaming Commission; here is a snap-shot of Nevada gaming licenses and to my Clark County Professional Promoter business license. We also have 100's of 5-star reviews.
A few words of advice, before you book any Bottle Service, please make sure you are working with a licensed company like mine and someone who knows what they're doing and who will go above and beyond to make your experience an amazing one! Trust me when I say I know how to throw a great party. I live and breathe this business 24/7; it's my passion! Understand, we are working for YOU and not the clubs. With my years of event and clubbing experience and hundreds of connections, your Vegas Vacation will be better than anything you ever imagined.
Because of our strong relationships with the upper management and some of the VIP Hosts, we can deliver exceptional service.
When TAO Beach opens for the 2022 pool season in March, it will once again raise the bar for day life experiences just like it did after it first opened in 2007 when it brought the first authentic dayclub to the Strip. This dramatic transformation will captivate visitors, inviting them to engage in the beautiful scenery and idyllic atmosphere of conviviality. TAO Beach will once again become a favorite spot for clubbers.

TAO Beach DJs, Artists & Music
TAO is a top-tier pool party event to attend in Las Vegas. The big hitters for this party usually play at the pool by day and Omnia, Hakkasan, and Marquee Nightclub by night. For the most part, the music will be a combo of electronic dance music and hip hop on Sundays. The big hitters are Alesso, Steve Aoki, Illenium, Martin Garrix, Fisher, Tyga, DJ Mustard and Chris Lake. Check out all the TAO Dayclub Events and enter the dates you will be in Sin City. The party gets wild and crazy in the pool; lots of laughing, splashing, and having fun!
Where is the VIP Check-in?
Walk up, and if you have a table reservation with us, we will escort you in. Tables, tickets, and guestlist signage indicate your line you will enter via the Venetian Grand Canal Shoppes. On holiday weekends and big performance days, we recommend arrival before 11:00 am. Signage will point you to one of three lines, tickets, guest list, and tables. The guestlist line can be ridiculous with 1-2 hours waits!
What is Bottle Service?
By definition, Bottle Service means purchasing alcohol by the bottle instead of buying a drink. American clubs, especially in Las Vegas, are synonymous with "Poppin Bottles." You will be paying a premium for a bottle to reserve a section in the Club, but it includes a personal server VIP entry into the Dayclub.
The cost of a bottle is a bit more than its nighttime little sister Tao Nightclub. Usually, an assortment of standard mixers includes cranberry juice, soda, tonic, orange juice, pineapple juice, and soft drinks. Red Bulls and bottled water are available for an upcharge.
What's a Minimum Spend?
The minimum spend is the amount you agree to spend in advance on alcohol to get a table or real estate in the Dayclub. In Vegas, we call the minimum spend "the min." The better tables will have a higher minimum spend, and on bigger DJ days, you can expect a higher "min." Usually, for prime tables, a center bungalow, or poolside day bed, you will have to "shake" a.k.a. the Vegas Handshake, which is a tip to the host's podium for the specific location.
TAO Vegas Bottle Service Tables
Getting Bottle Service has its perks, from VIP entry to a personalized server and security for your section can make your big day out extra special. We walk you right past any lines with expedited entry. See our 3D map above or look at the 2D table map with the table number so that we can discuss your booking.
TAO Dayclub Table Number Map
Lotus Cabanas (15 Guests)
These are huge and face the DJ booth from across the pool. They feature a daybed, a sectional, and enough space for ladies to join the party. These sections are elevated with a direct view of the stage.
Jungle Cabana (20 Guests)
There are thirteen Jungle Cabanas, and I love these because they have access to the private plunge pools. If you are looking at the DJ, there are six to the left, four to the right, and 3 across from the DJ. Expect plenty of fun in the pool and great views!
Stage Cabanas (15 Guests)
I know of a lot of ladies that love to chase the DJs and hang out in the booth with the artist's entourage. If that is your type of crowd, then consider the elevated stage cabanas. These don't sport plunge pools, but who needs a pool when the DJ is right in front of your section.
Temple Cabana (10 People)
The smallest of the cabanas on the Temple Bar end, with room for 10 guests. These don't sport plunge pools, but they are elevated and have a great view of the entire pool. The famous statue is right in front of them for some great Instagram moments.
Prime Daybed (10 People)
For the best daybeds in the action of the dance floor, you will want one of the prime daybeds.
Terrace Table (6 People)
The Entry-level tables are the Terrace Tables, elevated and spread throughout the venue. A great section if you want a home base on a budget.
Daybed (10 People)
Mixed groups and bachelorettes love the daybeds; they are spread throughout the pool deck and have umbrellas for shade when the weather is not windy. Most of these are around the small secondary pool
What Does TAO Dayclub Bottle Service Cost?
|$136.93 (8.75% City Tax on the Min Spend and Venue Fee)|
|$135 (9.00 % Venue Fee)|
|$300 (20% to the server)|
|$0 (Processing Fee)|
|$0 (CC Fee)|
|$0 ($0 Podium Tip for location)|
This does not include any "shake" to the podium for location, express entry, specific table, etc. FYI, a "shake" can also help with a lower minimum spend, express entry, and a better table location. This option is not always available. When someone refers to the "shake," that means they tip on top of your table minimum and the tip, tax, and venue fee that you will be paying. (The "shake" or "handshake" to the podium goes into the host's tip pool).
In many instances, there is an opportunity to get lower-than-posted pricing online with what's called a "handshake" in Las Vegas; basically, it is a gratuity to the podium for a lower minimum and a potential upgraded location. Sometimes a podium tip is required for a particular table or even to get a location on certain days. There are some heftier podium tips needed when big hitters are in town, and it's a holiday or fight weekend.
TAO at Venetian's Best Tables
Obviously, if you can afford the higher prices for the Jungle Cabanas with the pools, those are the best tables. We've had days where we over-delivered on a table for a lower minimum, and our customers were ecstatic. For a reasonable price, we would say the poolside daybeds deliver, and they are an excellent party for the price - right in the pool action!
The Best Value Tables
It's hardly a "value" when a bottle costs $750 plus tip and tax totaling near $1,100, but if you just want a place to chill and hang out on a Friday or Sunday, you don't necessarily have to order a bottle. For a reasonable minimum, you can order food, beers, and drinks and still get a place to sit next to the smaller pool. On some Fridays and Sundays, when demand is low, you can get a decent spot on the regular daybeds for a small minimum. Also, some Fridays and Sundays, we can get a deal on a terrace cabana if you're a bunch of ladies.
TAO Vegas Bottle Service Menu
Below is the bottle menu; you will notice the inflation with the ridiculous starting prices:
Bottle Service Presentations
We have seen champagne sprays, boxer gloves, fire trucks, and more! TAO Group Management is known for its over-the-top Bottle Service presentations. Check out the video above of a big one that we've had. Usually, you have to order a minimum of $2,000 at once and some sort of champagne. However, this can change depending on the day and the artist. On some days, all you must do is ask for some sort of presentation. On bigger artist days, it's going to require a little bit more spend to make one happen. Just let us know if that's what you're looking for, and we can coordinate a presentation and potentially a LED display on the big screen.
Corporate events in Vegas
If you're looking to book a corporate event, just let us know, and we'll set up a proposal. Whether it's the pool party or the nightclub, we can make your event special. Many of our customers love renting out the Bungalows for their corporate events.Get a Corporate Event Quote
Couples Bottle Service
Several tables are perfect for smaller groups. They will typically have a low minimum spend and still be in the action. There might also be an opportunity to combine a couple with a larger group for the day or night. Hit us up, and we'll be happy to discuss it.Get a Couples Quote
TAO Beach Bachelor Parties
Bottle service is popular for the "boys," we book a lot of bachelor parties at this venue. We have some fantastic packages that include limos, brunch, and Vegas strip clubs. So, if you're looking for a package deal or a straight bottle service minimum, we can make that happen. We always do our best to try to get some Vegas girls to your table. It has been my unique selling proposition for years.See More Bachelor Packagese
Bachelorette Parties at Venetian
Not to forget about our favorite ladies, we book a surprising amount of bachelorette parties at TAO. Ladies love the cabanas or daybeds. On occasion, we also offer services to help get the ladies just past the VIP ropes. So, if you're interested in a package deal with drag brunch, all-you-can-eat-and-drink dinners, limos, and possibly a male strip club or male revue let us know, and we'll make your party fabulous.See More Bachelorette Packages
Vegas Promoter and Girl-Guy System
I bet you have heard of a Las Vegas Promoter, but have you heard of a girl-guy? Certain elite promoters earn the title of the club's girl-guy. These "super promoters" are usually good-looking fellas that seem to have a way with the hottest girls in town. They have a big role in the venue's operations. They are tasked with making sure the guys spending the money have females at their table to mingle with 🤗!
We all know Vegas has a lot of bachelor parties, and a lot of the guys in the crew might be a little "rusty" when it comes to pulling talent to the section. The girl-guy typically will have dozens of girl comps, single hotties, and bachelorette groups to pull from a promoter table. They work for tips and can bring more talent if the first round doesn't mesh well. I always like to help with talent, but some groups prefer the "hunt" on their own. Another option is to hire a couple of atmosphere models for around $400 for 4 hours; you can get some magazine quality models to hang with the boys all night, just let me know!Book Atmosphere Models
How do I get my guests in if they arrive late?
Usually, this is a pretty straightforward process. Your guest(s) can walk up to the ropes and mention the name the table is under and the table number, and they get right in. Some exceptions could be if the club is at capacity and they just can't physically let anybody else in via the Fire Marshal's rules and regulations, or if you are way over your limit on the number of people at your table.
Note: This pool is strict on the number of people per table. If, for some reason, you have some uninvited guests at your table, be sure to get security to have them removed. I strongly suggest that you do not try to remove them yourself as an altercation could occur, and potentially everyone at the table will get kicked out. With over 20 years of experience in this business, please trust us; that is the best way to handle situations like this.

One of the coolest things about the Jungle Cabanas with the private pools. Of course, they are expensive, but this might be a once-in-a-lifetime weekend. Usually, the top talent in the venue will be hanging out at the bungalows in the pools.
Pool Toys and Swag
They don't have pool toys in the main pools at the day party; they save those for the cabanas. The scenery is excellent, so breakout out the Snapchat and Instagram because you're going to see some craziness going on in the plunge pools - you just never know what's going to happen. Either way, it's a wild party and great for some footage.
World Famous Waitresses
One thing for sure is TAO Group knows how to hire a world-class staff. The pool servers are some of the best-looking women in the world. When you join us at this event, you're in for a treat with the staff.
Quality of Crowd
Some people have the misconception that the pool parties in Vegas are filled with only models and fitness pros. If you were to look at the Club's website pictures, you might think it's a convention of perfect bodies, but that's not the case. Nowadays, the biggest clubs pay a lot of money for big-name DJs and have to sell a lot of tickets to cover the expense; in other words, anybody can buy a ticket. That's not to say if you have a bottle service reservation that you can't find some quality girls or guys, but for the most part, you'll find the best-looking people in the cabanas or bungalows.
What is TAO Dayclub's Dress Code?
Swim attire only! They are dead serious about this! We have sent many customers to the Resorts World Mall or back to their rooms to get the proper apparel. Anyone wearing chains, baggy clothing, ripped or cut-off clothing, see-through clothing and clothing with studs and hooks, cargo shorts, khaki shorts, jerseys, pants, undergarments, and any athletic gear will NOT be allowed in. Sunglasses and hats are permitted. Ladies, you will need cover-ups for your swimsuits and bikinis to go to and from the pool.Vegas Pool Dress Code
What do Drinks Cost?
Drinks vary in price at the bar. TAO is above the industry standard of pricing for drinks; they range from $12 - $20 per drink and Beers from $10 - $15 each. They have the crazy large plastic cup and straw combo that costs around $80. Individual 1L Bottles Start at $750 plus, and bottle service minimums typically range from $750 - $15,000+ before tax, tips, and fees.
Guestlist versus Tickets for TAO Pool Vegas?
The Guestlist lines up to the right if you're looking at the front door. One of our good buddies is the main promotion manager and top promoter. The rules change each night, depending on who the artist is. A good rule of thumb is you must arrive before 3 pm. But generally, you'll find ladies are free, and guys with even ratio are typically free on the TAO Beach guestlist. Another option is club tickets for the sin city pool clubs. An important tip to remember, TAO Beach tickets guarantee entry, and the guest list does not.
|Thursday, Friday, and Sunday||Saturday|
|Males||Free Entry before 3 am check-in||Free or Discounted Admission (depends on headliner – early arrival recommended)|
|Females||Free Entry before 3 am check-in||Free Entry (early arrival recommended)|
Here's what you can expect for Tickets:
|Thursday, Friday, and Sunday||Some Fridays/Saturdays/Some Sundays|
|Males||$30-$40||$30 to $150|
|Females||$20||$20 to $50|
*Early arrival is required for Saturday events, especially with big headliners. Guestlist details are subject to capacity – if the club hits near capacity with the lines outside still full of people, the pool may decide to start charging people early.Get on The TAO Beach Guestlist
Suppose you're planning on attending a big event and can't get there early. In that case, you might want to investigate purchasing general admission tickets in advance to avoid paying the highly inflated price at the door and to guarantee your entry. Pre-purchased tickets automatically guarantee access to the venue; the Guestlist does not!Get TAO Beach Tickets
Surreal Tip: Nightclub and Pool Party guestlists are geared more toward female patrons. All-female groups typically have a little more leeway for arrival time on big days, while groups with males in their party might not have the same time luxury. 📲 Contact us to find out what the best course of action is for your group by filling out a form.
TAO Group Security
Before entry, all guests are required to empty their pockets (for ladies, they will look in your purse), submit to a metal detector test, and make sure everyone entering is not bringing in anything dangerous. It's equivalent to going through the TSA line at the airport. This applies to all guests, whether you are going in with general admission or a table.
Pro Tip: If you purchased a table and some unwanted patrons wander in by accident, it is always best to have the security staff ask them to leave instead of doing it yourself to avoid potential conflicts. In the event of a confrontation between guests, both parties may likely be asked to leave. Security has the final say on such matters.Las Vegas Security Guide
What can't I bring into the venue?
Here are some things that you will be either asked to throw away or go back to your room to deposit before coming back:
- Vapes – weed dispensaries are extremely popular and legal in NV, and vaping is in vogue, but most venues will not allow vapes inside their premises. They will ask you to bring it back to your room or throw away the cartridge inside, even if it isn't a CBD cartridge.
- Outside Food/Beverages – finish your food and drinks before you get in the line
- Camera equipment – the only recording equipment you are allowed to bring is the one on your phone. Digital cameras selfie sticks are not allowed into the venue.
- Packs of gum – this only applies to day clubs, which tend to be a lot stricter about checking everything that goes into the venue, but guests have been known to try and sneak drugs inside packs of gum to get them into the venue, so expect to have your gum taken away at the door.
- Prescription medication (or anything resembling pills) – if you need your prescription while inside the venue, you will have to bring the prescription and explain what the medicine is for; otherwise, expect to get pulled to the side.
- Oversized bags – anything larger than a lady's clutch purse will be denied into the venue. This applies to most backpacks, gym bags, totes, etc. While most hotels can hold onto your luggage at the bell desk, Lockers, and Bag Check, the pool has lockers, and they are pricey!
Brian Pfeiffer's Final Word
I am excited for this one, the venue is amazing, and they have a great artist lineup. They will go head to head externally with AYU Dayclub and Encore Beach Club and internally with Marquee Day Club and Wet Republic. One concern is there are just too many EDM pools to fill on any given weekend. I am confident the spring will be strong at all of them; people have 💰 right now, but at some point, we will see demand normalize, and funds run lighter. So, we will see if Sin City overdid it and can still fill all these venues with a respectable EDM party, but I am certain this party will be Lit 🔥 all season!Get a Bottle Service Quote
