So, where do you find these tourist girls? Well, that's pretty easy. In every hotel on the Strip, at the Las Vegas pool parties during the summer months, and year-round in the Vegas nightclubs. Knowing where they're at is one thing but getting them to hang out and party with you is another. That's where Independent Hosts like us, a Las Vegas club promoter or a club girl-guy comes in handy. We do the work for you! Let's talk about the role of each below.
Independent Hosts

For over twenty years, we've been bringing people and bottle service customers to the nightclubs, and we've made hundreds of connections. For as many referrals and bottle service customers as we have, that's how many referrals we get for pretty ladies from all the beautiful ladies we know. For guys who don't like to go to a nightclub without a table, our pretty lady friends also enjoy going to the club and hanging out at a table. One of our competitive advantages has been bringing attractive females to our customer's sections. On more than one occasion, we made a connection for a customer with one of the girls, and they ended up dating, getting married, and having kids. Yes, we have offspring in this world from a connection we have made!
Club Promoters
The club promoters in Vegas work with a lot of out-of-town tourist women. Their role is to get these women on the guest list and get them into the club in a timely fashion so they can make a small amount of money. The main issue is that these girls do not have any skin in the game, and they don't respect the promoters. They can walk down the Strip any day and get on twenty different guest lists. They can also get a text message from all the promoters with information to arrive at the club at a specific time.
Most of the time, the promoters are not even at the club or pool! Based on our experience, only about 10% of the women on the guest list actually show up on time or show up at all.
There are promoters in Vegas who meet a lot of women; however, they don't control where these women go and what they do. In many other cities in the country, the promoters have a promoter table, and they bring the girls to that table and hang out with them all night. Back in our Surreal Chicago days, that was our business model, but in Las Vegas, that model is slightly different. In the last few years, some of the Vegas clubs have wised up and now have a promoter table and an open bar or comp tables for the ladies. They realized that guys would not spend money unless there were females around. The crazy thing, we've known that for years. We built our entire business and reputation on the fact that throwing a fantastic party is more important than gouging people on the prices for entry and bottle service.
Vegas Girl Guys
One thing we can say with 100% certainty, after 20 years in this business, if you throw a great party, people will spend money. This leads us to our next person who plays a role in the tourist girl game, the Vegas Club's Girl-Guys. We are not 100% convinced that "girl-guy" is a real word, but it definitely has meaning in Vegas. By definition, the girl-guy is the person at the nightclub in charge of finding pretty girls for the people buying bottle service.
They work hand-in-hand with the internal VIP Hosts, the Independent Hosts, and the promoters to ensure the customers paying inflated prices for bottles have a good time. Initially, most clubs did not have a "promoter table," but they wised up. The "promoter table" will not have any guys or promoters besides the girl-guy who goes back and forth between the customer tables. In layman's terms, it's just a table in the nightclub the VIP staff assigns at the beginning of the night to assemble the pretty ladies who come in on the guest list. This table will usually be sold later in the night, and the women mix into the crowd, similar to a comp girl table. The entire purpose of this table is to have an area to stage pretty ladies until they eventually get moved to other tables with paying customers.
So, if you're a group of guys and your "hunt" falls short or your host has not delivered any worthy talent, your last resort is the club's girl-guy. We are friends with every girl-guy at all the major clubs and pools in Las Vegas, so if you need him, just let us know. They work hard for you, so if they deliver a quality group of tourist girls, please give him a nice tip. On the other hand, if the group of ladies they bring are not who you are looking for – if they are annoying or sit on their phones all night – you can ask the girl-guy to move them to another table and bring girls who actually want to party and have fun!
