LIV Pool Party
At 35,000 square feet spanning across two levels, with a capacity of 2,000 pool-goers, LIV Beach will not be the biggest pool parties in Las Vegas, but it will be an unparalleled daytime destination with a unique French Riviera vibe and a "stadium-styled" design.
David Grutman, from Groot Hospitality, will not only bring his LIV Nightclub from Miami Beach's Fontainebleau Hotel to the Fontainebleau Las Vegas, but he will add LIV Beach to his already impressive and highly successful collection of venues, scheduled to open just in time for the 2024 pool season. Located on the third-floor roof deck, LIV Beach stands out as the crown jewel among the other water features in the Resort's 6-acre pool complex.

LIV Beach Bottle Service Layout
To assist you with your booking, we've included a 2D Map with the table numbers, which makes things easier to discuss.
Beach Villas (20 Guests)
Some of the best sections in Las Vegas are the massive beach villas. There is a large area for lounging with a large sectional, a couple of chairs, and a daybed in the middle. The main attraction is the large, see-through infinity pool that will easily hold you and twelve of your closest friends. There are three upper beach villas and three lower beach villas.
Stage Cabana (12 Guests)
There are seven stage cabanas: two behind the artist, likely used for pretty girls and the DJ's entourage, and five flank the DJ booth center. If you are looking at the DJ, there are two to the right and three on the left of the DJ. The cabanas have a sectional, a chair, a bar, a daybed, and plenty of room to hang out along the glass and be a part of the action.
Cabana (12 Guests)
The two beach cabanas have a sectional, a chair, a bar, a daybed, and plenty of room to hang out along the glass and be a part of the action if you are looking at the DJ From the right.
Dance Floor Couch (6 Guests)
To the right and the left of the DJ, you will find the three dance floor couches on each side. These bench seats are suitable for groups of six that want dance floor action. A stanchion rope is set up to act as a barrier between the crowd and your crew.
Beach Couch (6 Guests)
The beach couches are prime real estate on the pool deck. If you are looking for main pool action, then these large daybeds/couches are the center of attention. These sections all have safes as well.
Pool Couch (6 Guests)
Also, on the pool deck, you will find the pool couches that are good for up to six guests. These also have safes and are on the back wall of the main pool deck.
Day Bed (6 Guests)
Mainly for the ladies, the daybeds are in front of the beach villas. A small bed, but a perfect section to post six attractive females in front of the big spenders enjoying the infinity pool in the villas.
Lower Club Couch (6 Guests)
These bench seat sections can accommodate up to six guests and are elevated one level above the pool deck, allowing a nice view of the artist.
Center Club Couch (6 Guests)
These bench seat sections can accommodate up to six guests and are elevated two levels above the pool deck, allowing a nice view of the artist.
Upper Club Couch (6 Guests)
These bench seat sections can accommodate up to six guests and are elevated two levels above the pool deck, allowing a nice view of the artist. They are also on the club level where you will find another bar and a lot of action.
Premium Terrace (6 Guests)
The premium terrace tables are solid. They are big and roomy, suitable for groups of six to eight. The ones in the middle have a great view of the DJ, and the one toward the East end is looking at a pool view and can't see the DJ.
Terrace Table (15 Guests)
These tables are similar to what you might find at grandma's 75th birthday picnic; why would they have these at a pool party unless they had a grill up there, and you need a place to sit and eat? However, I did not see a grill.
Terrace Cabana (15 Guests)
I'm not 100% sure why they call these terrace cabanas. These tables are a row of bench couches with a covering like a cabana, but they are not Cabanas.
Terrace Reserve (6 Guests)
You don't want these: a row of benches behind the DJ Booth Awning, no view, no traffic, and no idea why they would put tables up here.
LIV Beach Bottle Service Menu for 2024
For the ultimate clubbing experience in Las Vegas, treat yourself to bottle service You can order bottles from the menu (and food) that will be applied to your requirement. Several perks come with bottle service – a dedicated cocktail server who will prepare and pour your drinks, standard mixers and garnishes, a busser to keep your table clean and stocked, Security to keep your area secure, a safe place to store your belongings, and a place to relax and socialize.
Las Vegas Bachelor Party Packages
Since men book most of the bottle service, we book a lot of bachelor parties at this venue. We have some fantastic packages that include limos, brunch, and Vegas strip clubs. So, if you're looking for a package deal or a straight bottle service minimum, we can make that happen. We always do our best to try to get some Vegas girls to your table. It has been my unique selling proposition for years.
Las Vegas Bachelorette Party Packages
Not to forget about our favorite ladies, we book a surprising amount of bachelorette parties at LIV. Ladies love the cabanas or daybeds. On occasion, we also offer services to help get the ladies just past the VIP ropes. So, if you're interested in a package deal with drag brunch, all-you-can-eat-and-drink dinners, limos, and possibly a male strip club or Las Vegas male revue let us know, and we'll make your party fabulous.
Brian Pfeiffer's Final Word LIV Beach
There you have the most thorough guide to LIV Beach in Las Vegas. The party is solid, and they will live in die by the big DJ, hence why they signed John Summit. Without a big headliner on a Friday or Sunday, the other pools in town hold an edge. Think of the more established names such as Encore Beach Club, AYU Dayclub, Drai's Beach Club, and sister properties TAO Beach and Wet Republic. This venue is one step up from Azilo Ultra Pool, Daylight Beach Club, Liquid Pool Lounge, Stadium Swim, and Flamingo Go Pool, but only time will tell if their promotions team will still be able to crush this pool without major headliners.
I have noticed an uptick in inquiries for this season, which is expected when more and more people hear about the party. Ronn Nicolli and the team do a great job marketing the events, but the competition is fierce in Sin City. The first season struggled to find decent female talent here, mainly due to a lack of an in-house promotions team. I booked several of the best bungalows and cabanas with my customers, and if it weren't for the ladies I invited, we would have been hanging with only the "boys" all day. If you are spending $20k+ on a table, the venue should be able to figure out how to make sure the crew is loaded with talent. I always do my best to help out, but I am not a miracle worker. Hopefully, this season, the talent and off days will improve, and I will start by saying this is one of the top-tier venues.
If you are looking for a topless pool, check out Moorea Beach Club. This adult oriented pools offer the ladies “toptional” sun bathing.
About Brian Pfeiffer & Surreal Nightlife
Independent hosting is a sexy but very serious business, especially in Las Vegas. You can't just be any person off the street and hope to work with these nightclubs; you need a gaming license, you must pass an FBI background check, go through a lot of bureaucracy, and own a legit company (State LLC) to do business with them. You also must have the pull, the right contacts, and relationships built on trust in order to work a deal.
I started in this business as a front door host in 2000, and 20 years later, I worked my way up to become a major player in the nightlife industry. While I still have ownership in a club in Chicago and own a large Chicago-based Halloween and New Year's Event Company my home has been in Las Vegas since February 2013 when The Hakkasan Group moved me to the city to be their promotions manager for both Wet Republic and Hakkasan. Nearly one year into my Vegas Adventure, I had enough customers to start my own independent hosting company – Surreal LLC.
I do well in this business because my company is reputable, I exceed my customer's expectations, and most importantly, I have the proper licensing. I am licensed by the Nevada Gaming Commission; here is a snap-shot of Nevada gaming licenses and to my Clark County Professional Promoter business license. We also have 100's of 5-star reviews.
A few words of advice, before you book any Bottle Service, please make sure you are working with a licensed company like mine and someone who knows what they're doing and who will go above and beyond to make your experience an amazing one! Trust me when I say I know how to throw a great party. I live and breathe this business 24/7; it's my passion! Understand, we are working for YOU and not the clubs. With my years of event and clubbing experience and hundreds of connections, your Vegas Vacation will be better than anything you ever imagined.
Because of our strong relationships with the upper management and some of the VIP Hosts, we can deliver exceptional service.
