The 2022 Las Vegas Bottle Service Ultimate Guide

Guest List Bottle Service Packages Tickets Nightclubs Day Clubs Strip Clubs Male Revue VIP Entry Reviews

Providing you with everything you need to know about Bottle Service in Sin City.

What is the Point of Bottle Service?

Bottle Service is the ultimate clubbing experience. It allows for a seamless entry into the club, dedicated real estate inside the club (a place to sit all night) and VIP status. In other words, Bottle Service attracts attention. These days, almost all clubs offer VIP tables arranged throughout the venue so you have quite a few options.

How Does Bottle Service Work?

We get asked so many questions on how Bottle Service works in Las Vegas so, we put together this ultimate guide to answer the most common ones.

What is Bottle Service?

By definition, Bottle Service means purchasing alcohol by the bottle instead of buy the drink. Some people refer to it as Table Service; this is the same thing.

American Clubs, especially in Las Vegas, are synonymous with "Poppin Bottles." You will be paying a premium for a bottle to reserve a section in the Club, but on a high note, it includes a personal server, VIP entry into the Nightclub, and usually an assortment of standard mixers such as Cranberry/Orange and Pineapple Juice, soda, tonic and soft drinks and garnishes like lemons and limes, and if you order champagne, the staff will supply strawberries.

The bussers are typically fantastic; they always have your ice bucket and mixers on point. A question we sometimes get asked is if you can order individual drinks at a table, and the answer is yes, however, the cocktail servers prefer you stick to bottles or order beers and drinks in quantity. Red Bulls and bottles of water will be extra.

Another frequently asked question is about security, and the answer is yes, there will be security in the area for the table customers. If you have any unwanted guests, then you should ask security to remove them. We do not encourage you confronting uninvited guests, this can lead to altercations that end up getting both parties kicked out.

We have some popular package deals which I'll talk more about below. On any given night, we also have some deal clubs around town if you have a tighter budget.

There are a few places in Vegas where they charge for the real estate, and then less for the alcohol. A couple examples are The Flamingo Go Pool and Moorea Beach Club, this changes year after year so ask your Surreal Host for this year’s program.

What's a Minimum Spend?

The minimum spend is the amount you agree to spend in advance on alcohol to get a table or real estate in the nightclub. In Vegas, we call the minimum spend "the min." The better tables will have a higher minimum spend, and on bigger DJ nights, you can expect a higher "min."

Please keep in mind that all clubs in Las Vegas operate on a supply and demand system. When we quote pricing, that's just an estimate based on what we think the demand will be for that night. For the most part, with our strong connections, we can deliver on what we promise. The best way to "work with the system" is to make sure you arrive early and meet your host on time.

How does Bottle Service work in Las Vegas?

To reserve a section at dayclubs and nightclubs in Las Vegas, you have to agree to pay a minimum spend. The clubs sell tables, or real estate, at a high markup to cover the costs of operating the venue.

What Influence Costs of Tables in Las Vegas?

There are several factors that go into determining the minimum spend for a table. Keep in mind, Bottle Service in Las Vegas is always set up on a supply and demand type of system. A general rule of thumb is when inventory is in high demand, the prices will be higher. In the off season when the pools are closed, there is less demand, so typically the prices will be less.

Other Factors that Influence Prices

Location of Table

Generally, you will find the tables closest to the dance floor or closest to the DJ are the most expensive. As you work your way back from the DJ, those tables cost less. Another example is that if the DJ is facing inside the Club, and they are seating outside (looking at the DJ from behind) those tables will be less.

Size of Your Party

A good rule of thumb to follow in Las Vegas is one bottle per four people. Most of the entry-level pricing will start here. Obviously, the larger the group, the more bottles you will need, so the higher the minimum. For example, if you had 12 men, you could safely assume you're going to have to pay a minimum of at least $1500 to $1800 or approximately three bottles at most places.

EDM vs. Hip Hop

Nowadays, the big-name EDM DJ's and famous hip hop artists demand a hefty fee in Las Vegas. The artist fee is determined by the size of the venue versus how many tickets and Bottle Service Tables the Club can sell. The corporations and the DJ’s agents that negotiate the deals have this figured down to a science. So, you can safely assume that if you want to see a particular / popular DJ or artist, you are going to be paying a premium at the Club. Both EDM and Hip-Hop Clubs have big artists and typically, you will see the biggest names on holiday or fight weekends.

DJ/Artist

Big-name artists like Calvin Harris, Drake and Chainsmokers get an insane fee these days. We hear it's as much as one million dollars per show in some cases. Keep in mind these clubs are in business to make money, so to turn a profit on these high overhead nights, they have to charge crazy money for the tickets and tables.

Day of Week

The day of the week will factor into the table pricing. During the week, it's less busy with less demand unless there's some sort of convention in town, so usually, the minimums will be a little bit lower on weekdays. Fridays and Saturdays are open everywhere and typically busy everywhere. Most of these clubs only have one day during the week and two weekend days to make their money. All the tables in the clubs are sold based on the supply and demand system. If there's more demand than there is supply, then they can overcharge for the tables. On weekdays you'll typically find there is less demand and more supply, so pricing is negotiable.

Age of Club

The age of the Club can factor into the Bottle Service pricing as well. Typically, as clubs age they become less popular and don't get the headlining artist. To get a deal in Las Vegas, you might want to try a club that's been open for several years. Some exceptions to this would be clubs like XS; miraculously they have stayed on top for ten years plus.

How much is Bottle Service at Las Vegas Nightclubs?

Las Vegas is known for our "tourist prices." Even McDonalds is about 50% higher on The Strip than in a smaller, less tourist-driven city so, as you would expect, bottles and minimum spends are the highest prices in the entire world! Below you will find a handy tool updated for 2020 that includes the tip, tax, and venue fee for all clubs and pools. All you have to do is enter "the min" to see your total bill cost.

The nightclub bottle service costs for XS, TAO, Omnia, Marquee, Hakkasan, Voodoo, Chateau, Drai's, Apex, Drai’s After Hours, Foundation Room, Jewel, LAVO, Light and On The Record are included.

We also included Bottle Service all-in costs for all the dayclubs: Bare, Daylight, Drai's Beach Club, Encore Beach Club, Jemma, Liquid, Marquee Dayclub, Moorea Beach Club, Sapphires and Wet Republic.

For example: If you have a $2000 (min) + $167.50 (8.375% City Tax) + $255 (12.75% Venue Fee) + $300 (15% to the server) = $2722.50 (this does not include any "shake" to the podium for location, express entry, specific table, etc. Again, a "shake" can also help with a lower min spend).

TOTAL BILL CALCULATOR FOR BOTTLE SERVICE

The Total cost is (USD) USD

Below is an infographic showing the average minimum spend ranges for the Clubs in Las Vegas in terms of the minimum spend, the top one is the popular nightclubs and the lower one is the popular pools.

What is a Las Vegas Handshake?

This does not include any "shake" to the podium for location, express entry, specific table, etc. FYI, a "shake" can also help with a lower minimum spend. When someone refers to the "shake," that means they tip on top of your table minimum and the tip, tax, and venue fee that you will be paying. (The "shake" or "handshake" to the podium goes into the host's tip pool). In many instances, there is an opportunity to get lower-than-posted-pricing with what's called a "handshake" in Las Vegas; Sometimes a podium tip is required for a particular table or even to get a location on certain nights. There are some higher tiers when special guest artists are in town, or it's a holiday or fight weekend, and there might be some nights where there are even lower tiers than what's listed above.

Drink Prices vs. Bottle Prices

There is approximately 1.5 ounces of alcohol in each drink.

Let’s do some math:

In a 750 ML bottle, there are 25.4 ounces or about 17 drinks. In Vegas terms, 17 drinks x $20 = $340

In a 1 Liter bottle, there are 33.81 ounces or about 22 drinks. In Vegas terms, 22 drinks X $20 = $440

For the most part, you will end up spending some money on tips and potentially on a cover charge or a ticket. Provided you're going to drink 17 to 22 drinks per your group, pay tips and a cover or ticket, then you're not going to have to pay that much more to get Bottle Service. A good example is four guys each pay $40 to get in (standard guy cover or ticket price) and drink five drinks each ($100), plus tips $20, you are at 4 x $160 each = $640.

The average cost for one bottle at most places is between $600 and $1100, and you get the benefit of VIP entry, a place to congregate all night, and a much better nightclub experience. So, based on the above, we highly recommend you get some Bottle Service with us.

How many Bottles do I get?

Taking the above example on bottles, let's say you have a minimum of $2,500. If we go based on the pricing of XS on a regular night at $695 per bottle of Grey Goose, then you will get $2500 / $695 = 3 bottles with $415 left for beers, shots, Red Bulls and water. If we base the pricing on their holiday menu @ $795 per bottle of Grey Goose, then you will get $2500 / $795 = 3 bottles with $115 left for beers, shots, Red Bulls and water. Please let us know if you have any questions.

The 2022 Menu for XS Las Vegas

Look at our sample map for XS Las Vegas 2022. Notice we included two menus to view, the regular XS pricing and the holiday XS pricing. The most popular vodka is Grey Goose, so we like to compare that - on the regular menu the price is $695 and on the holiday menu it's $795. For this example, most of the bottles are $100 more on a holiday or fight weekend.

Bottle Service Packages and Deals

We have several package deals at a number of the “deal clubs”. When we refer to a deal or a package generally, you're paying less-than-retail for a good table and a couple of bottles. A good example would be two bottles of Grey Goose, and a 2nd-Tier Table at Light Nightclub would typically cost about $1,700 retail with all tips and taxes included. But with one of our Surreal package deals, we can get you two bottles of Grey Goose, the same 2nd-tier table and your all-in price, including tip and tax, will be $1250. That's a savings of $450!

We also have some fantastic packages that include limos, all you can eat and drink dinners, gentlemen's clubs for the guys and male reviews or male strip clubs for the ladies. With our years of experience and hundreds of connections we can offer amazing deals. This allows us to pass the savings on to you so, no matter what your budget is, you can get a fantastic per person price.

For Example, XS has a Budget Deal for 2021:

Bottle Service Presentations

Las Vegas is known for its over-the-top bottle service presentations. At some clubs, you'll find bigger spenders dropping insane amounts of money, and the clubs will go over-the-top to attract attention to their table. We have seen fire trucks, girls inside glass boxes, boats, pirate ships and Harleys. One-time Encore Beach had a ridiculous package that was $100,000 and it included the actual real working Harley-Davidson from the presentation. Enjoy the sizzle reel below of some of the great ones we've had over the years.

For the “normal” people out there, a lot of clubs will still do a bottle presentation for a lower min spend. Usually, you have to order a minimum of $2,000 at once and some sort of champagne but depending on the venue, the artist and the demand for the night, that price might go up or down.

If you're interested in getting a bottle service presentation for your group, just let us know, and we'll do what we can to make it happen.

Checking in for VIP Service Reservation

Identification

Please read this section if you're from out of the country because we run into this issue on several occasions. The majority of nightclubs in Las Vegas will not accept an international driver's license, so you must bring your passport to get in. There have been countless times when we've arrived at the Club and tried to walk in the group only to find one or more of the guys did not have their passport and the proper out of country ID. The Club will turn you away, and you will have to go back to your room to get your passport. This can be a negative start to your day or night!

You must be 21 or over to get into all the nightclubs in Las Vegas, so if you lose your ID, they will not take a picture from your phone as a form of identification. The good thing is that you are probably reading this before you come to Vegas so be sure to bring an extra form of ID just in case something were to happen to your primary ID.

One note for people turning 21, it's at the sole discretion of each Club as to whether they will let you in before midnight on your 21st birthday. I think it boils down to the mood of the security guard who checks your ID.

Security Checkpoint

Back in about 2014, all clubs in Las Vegas started implementing stricter security at the front door. Back in the day, you could get into a nightclub without being searched but those days are gone, long gone! Some clubs even have a full-on TSA style metal detector at the front door. You can count on every Club making you empty your pockets and doing some sort of metal detection scan with a wand or walkthrough unit.

If you have any of the following items, you'll be asked to throw them away or leave and put them back in your room.

-Vapes (Casinos are Federal Law, and Weed is Illegal)

-Selfie sticks and GoPros

-Outside food and beverage

-No personal floats (Pools and Night Swims)

-Anything that can resemble a prescription pill - if you have to have them, bring your prescription with you.

-Usually, they take away your gum. (Mainly pools)

-Common sense indicates that narcotics are not allowed and will result in an immediate ban from the property.

Think TSA, but stricter!

Time of arrival

This is extremely important to us. We run a tight ship and have a lot of customers to take care of on any given night. We are adamant about being on time and delivering on our promises. One thing we do not like to do is be late, and we would ask the same on your end. If you agree to an 11:00 p.m. walk-in, please be there by 10:45 p.m.

Several factors might cause a delay. Vegas gets hectic, especially on weekends during our busy season, and there's a lot of traffic, making it a challenge to get around town. Some of these hotel-casinos are massive and it might take at least 15 minutes just to walk from one end to the other. Then you have to allow for the possibility of getting lost so, please give yourself extra time to navigate through the hotels and the City to ensure that you are on time.

As a final note, if you think arriving on time might be an issue for you or your group, then consider reserving a limo with us. We will make sure the limo is there on time to get you to the Club on time - and honestly, it’s one of the best ways to travel – it’s convenient and classy and a whole lot of fun!

Meeting with your Surreal VIP host

Depending on the Club, we will more than likely meet you at the VIP ropes at/near the entrance of the Club. However, some casinos can be extremely busy, and the front of the Club might be overly crowded so, on a case-by-case basis, we may pick another destination inside the casino to meet. It's always a good idea to give somebody else in your group, your VIP host's phone number just in case a phone goes dead or gets left behind, that way we are still able to meet at the designated spot at the appointed time.

Club Queue Set up

Most of the front door setups in Las Vegas include a ticket line, a guestlist line, and a table VIP entry line. If you are working with us, you won't have to worry about this as we will be walking you right in through the VIP area.

Intoxication

We have run into this on occasion where somebody was at the pool all day and kept partying into the evening and was not in good condition to come into the nightclub. We use “police terminology for over-served people in Las Vegas, it’s called 408. If it looks like you have had too much to drink when you walk up, potentially you will be considered 408, but if it is obvious that you have had too much to drink, you will immediately be 86'ed which means you are not getting in under any circumstances and you will be banned from the property.

Table Guarantees and Club's Supply and Demand System

Although it doesn't happen often, potentially it could happen on a holiday or fight weekend. There may be a case when the club is overbooked or an enormous amount of late high-dollar reservations come in; this causes some tables to get bumped. Fortunately, we have booked a great deal of Bottle Service over the last seven years in Vegas, and it has only happened to us on a couple of occasions, so it's not something of concern. We know the Club's systems inside and out, and rarely, if ever, underestimate what we can deliver on. So, rest assured we will make sure you get what we promise.

Please check out our hundreds of five-star reviews.

Clubbing without a Reserved Section

The majority of clubs in Las Vegas are built for Bottle Service customers. When you start looking through some of our Ultimate Guides, you will see that most of the layouts are designed to put the DJ in the center and give Bottle Service customers the best sections. The management is known to let these parties get packed on busy nights, and most nights, it's challenging to move around in the walkways of the Club. The best way to ensure that you and your guests have a fantastic Vegas nightclub experience would be to purchase a table with a minimum spend.

What about Wait Times?

This is something you would be concerned about if you're not booking Bottle Service with us. We have built incredible relationships with every venue in Las Vegas and can expedite entry for all our customers. May the force be with you on a big night, if you're on the guest list or you haven’t purchased tickets.

The first question is how many people are allowed at my table? It depends on how many people can comfortably fit without bothering your group or the group next to you. We've seen situations where a table is supposed to be a maximum of 10 people, but somehow, an entire fraternity caught wind of the table, and now there are 40 dudes at a table meant only for 10! In a situation like this, security will intervene, and you will have to disperse the group. But there's no fixed number on how many people can be at your table inside the venue. If you want to load up your area with women, or vice versa, so be it. One thing to keep in mind, the club is making money when you are buying more bottles - more people equal more bottles.

Certain Cabanas and areas of the clubs may require a wristband, so if you're a group of guys, typically, you'll get a limited number of wristbands.

The second question, how many people are allowed in with your table? For the pools, they are much stricter on this, and if it says ten people for that minimum spend, you'll get ten entries.

At the nightclub, for the most part, they're a little less strict, and you might be able to squeeze in 11 or 12. The only exceptions to this might be a big night like Drake or Calvin Harris; they will tighten up the door and only allow 10 in for a table.

Ladies, you're in luck, typically they are a little looser about letting women in.

If you have say 11 people for a 10 person table you will likely have to up your minimum a bit to get the extra person to the table.

How do I Get My Guests in if They Arrive Late?

Usually, this is a pretty straightforward process. Your guest(s) can walk up to the ropes and mention the name the table is under and the table number, and they get right in. Some exceptions could be if the Club is at capacity and they just can't physically allow anyone else in via the Fire Marshal's rules and regulations, or if you are way over your limit on the number of people at your table.

Finding Girls or Guys for Your Table

If you're a group of guys, typically a bachelor party, then perhaps you are struggling to find women for your table. We have an entire section dedicated to “Las Vegas Girls,” a group like that is commonly known in Las Vegas as "sausage fest." One thing we are known for is our connection to women from all over the globe. From our days in Chicago to nowadays in Las Vegas, we built up an incredible network of Bottle Service customers and females who like hanging out with our Bottle Service customers. We always try to help the situation by inviting some talent to the tables, at your request. Some guys like to "hunt" for their own, so have at it. If the hunt for your own or the ones we have in town aren't cutting it, then we can try the girl-guy system.

Most major clubs in Las Vegas have a promoter-driven top table for attractive females. To sum it up, they bring in the best-looking ladies from the guest list to a table and let them drink for free until the girl-guy places them at a Bottle Service Table. The girl-guy can be an excellent person to know, and we have connections to every girl-guy. Usually for a small tip, they can deliver some hand-picked ladies to your table. If the ladies from the promoter table are still at the table, by the time they sell the table, then they are circulated into the Club.

Let us know if you'd like to get in touch with the girl-guy on the night of your reservation. Ladies not to forget about you, but we rarely run into situations where ladies can't seem to find guys.

Las Vegas Credit Card Issues

Most of the venues will accept up to three credit cards for payment on your tab. The biggest issue we have is that one of the credit cards ends up getting a fraud protection block on it. So, our big tip is to call your credit card company before you head to Vegas and let them know you're going to be spending more than usual. It’s annoying and time consuming having to call your bank in the middle of the night in a loud club with everybody waiting at your table for the alcohol to show up. Unfortunately, this happens all too often, so we recommend cash.

Another option is to wire us the money in advance and let us handle the credit card transactions with our cards that go through with no problem. Prepaying is a convenient VIP service extra; when you walk into your experience, everything has already been arranged.

Booking with a Deposit to Hold Your Table

Every club and management group has a different system, and it can change by the year or the weekend. For all tables booked with us, we require a deposit to hold your spot. We run a large operation, and without some skin in the game, customers tend to be unreliable. We run an extremely tight ship and deliver on all of our promises, and we expect our customers to do the same. We value the working relationships we have with our customers and we exceed their expectations. We want to make sure your Vegas vacation goes according to plan.

We do offer a service if you like to prepay in full. If it's a substantial dollar amount, we will only accept a wire or cash when you arrive. Advantages to prepaying include:

1) Having your table and bottles ready when you arrive,

2) Your weekend is mapped out and paid for, so if any of the people in your group end up being irresponsible with their money in a casino or at a gentlemen's club, you don't have to worry about them messing up your party plans.

3) We use our credit cards to buy your table, so you have zero issues with credit card fraud blocks.

4. If you happen to run late, your table is secure because we already paid for it. As it gets later in the evening, these clubs tend to operate on a first-come/first-serve basis.

What Happens at the Table?

Depending on the Club, you will sign a receipt saying you've agreed to the minimum spend in the queue or at the table. As I mentioned earlier, you will have to pay in full for the minimum spend plus the tip, venue fee and taxes when you arrive at the table before they serve any alcohol.

The model waitress makes you sign your credit card receipt before they even open a bottle. If you are paying cash, then I'll bring it right out and serve your party. The cocktail servers do their best to make the entire process quick and efficient; however, on busy nights, they can get a bit backed up with multiple tables. One way to avoid any delays is to make sure to arrive early and get there before the 11:30 to Midnight rush. Consider a prepaid option, so all you have to do is show up and have a good time.

What if I Don't Spend My Minimum?

The way it works in Las Vegas is you prepay your minimum before they serve you any alcohol. So, if you did not purchase enough alcohol to spend your entire minimum, it just goes to waste. There are no exceptions, you pay for your minimum you agreed to pay whether you order it or not.

Budget Bottle Service

We have a handful of clubs that have inexpensive Bottle Service and package deals. Some are so reasonable you might not remember you're in Vegas when you get the bill. Our advice is to reach out to us, let us know your budget, and our experts will come up with a perfect package deal for you. We have a whole section on deal clubs if you want to check that out.

Club Dress Code

It goes without saying, in Las Vegas there is a standard dress code to get into the nightclubs and the pools. The pools are pretty simple; you must wear swim attire, no exceptions. Guys, that means no jeans, no cargo pants, no athletic gear and no khaki shorts, swim shorts with t-shirts and tank tops only. For shoes, you can get away with flip flops, sandals or stylish gym shoes. Ladies, please wear a cover-up over your bikinis and swimsuits so you can go in and out of the dayclub with class.

For the night clubs, we recommend upscale attire. Guys, that includes a colored shirt, nice jeans or dress pants, and a pair of quality dress shoes. Athletic gear, jerseys, ripped or ragged gear, gym shoes, Air Jordan Sneakers or Timberlands are not allowed. One exception, if you really want to wear your Jordans to Drai's, they will charge you $100 to wear them inside!

For our beautiful women, dress to impress. No athletic gear and please keep your shoes on, it's not a classy look, it’s unhealthy and can be dangerous. If you cannot make it all night in your heels, consider another pair of shoes.
