The 2022 Las Vegas Pool Season will be the best ever! Not only are the dayclubs reopening after being closed for the Pandemic, but TAO Beach is also back from its two-year remodel event. When TAO Beach first opened in 2007, it occupied 18,000 square feet with a capacity of slightly over 1500, and it had the distinction of being “the first dayclub in Vegas.” When it relaunches in 2022, there will be no comparison to its former self. The new TAO Beach will have doubled in size with a 3,000 person occupancy and a new distinction – one of the largest dayclubs in Las Vegas. This 5-acre adult playground, designed by the critically acclaimed Rockwell Group with Bali-inspired aesthetics, will showcase 21 luxury cabanas, 7 of which will feature private plunge pools, plus full-service bars, elevated food selections, poolside dance space, cutting-edge light, sound, and visuals, and a new DJ booth with DJ Alesso at the helm.

Some like to call it the "Alice in Wonderland" of pools, and they have a point. Encore Beach Club is amazing, and so is the party 🎉! In years past, Wynn nightlife has locked up talents like The Chainsmokers, Diplo, Kygo, Marshmello and David Guetta, so you can expect every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday to be busy with a talented artist. Of late, they pulled out the stripper poles and toned the party down a bit, but they are still near the top of my list. With plenty of cabanas on the main and upper levels, a large pool, and gambling in the pavilion area, you have something for every party-goer here. Bottles can run in the $1100 range with tip and tax, and surprisingly the high price tag for the "scenery" gets no complaints on our end.

Ahh, the history I have with Wet Republic puts a smile on my face. I was the Chicago promotional partner from the day Wet opened until I moved to Vegas in February of 2013 to be the promotions manager for Wet and Hakkasan. The memories I have from the early days when I would travel for Memorial Day and Labor Day still feels like yesterday. Wet Republic is one of the most sought-after dayclub destinations. They continue to innovate and have recently expanded their bungalows and grand cabanas with plunge pools. The Tao Group knows how to book talent; keep an eye out for the big hitters like Martin Garrix, Kaskade, Steve Aoki, and Illenium. They are open Thursday to Monday and Fridays in the summer, and they host the infamous Hot 100 contest with hundreds of print quality models vying for $100K+ at the end of the season prize money.

What’s a brand-new luxury hotel without a brand new Dayclub! AYU Dayclub, inside Resorts World, made its Las Vegas debut on July 1, 2021. Presented by the world-famous Zouk Group, known globally for providing world-class clubbing experiences, AYU Dayclub is an adults-only oasis with beautiful Bali-inspired design and décor, lush, plush scenery, a pool in the center of the action, and a tropical island vibe. At 41,000 square feet of space, spanning two levels, and a capacity of 2,874, AYU is one of the largest dayclubs in Sin City. It’s filled with tricked-out bungalows, daybeds, couches, and cabanas, full-service bars, and premium bottle service is available. Guests can expect to hear incredible music from superstar residents Tiesto, Zedd, and others.

Once considered a boutique pool, we now call this venue a mid-sized pool. The two pools themselves are pretty small, but the layout is more like a daytime club with plenty of grand cabanas, bungalows, and daybeds to go around. They are the smartest of all the pools, with the ladies offering some free drinks and limited girl comps so the girl-guy has some ammo to work with when supplying the paying table customers with tourist talent. I like to try and bring my own girls to join the fun at my customer tables, but having a reliable backup is a good call. Marquee Day Club is open seven days a week in the summer, but the party days are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Management typically books EDM talent on the weekend like Fisher, Cedric Gervais, and Chris. Still, occasionally DJ Mustard will do a hip hop pool party, so check out the events schedule to see what's cooking on your weekend.

A new concept to Sin City is the only "sports" pool party called Stadium Swim at Circa in "Old Vegas" – Downtown. Can you believe it has been 40 years since they built anything of significance in the Fremont Street district? Well, I must say this place was worth the wait. There is simply nothing like it anywhere in the world. The guest rooms are amazing, and the Pool boasts 15,000 feet of wet space with heated pool temps of 78-94 degrees, even up to a steamy 104 degrees in colder months. Did I mention they are open year-round, seven days a week? Party, dance, and bet on an app, all while catching a game on the big screen. Let's go!

Drai's Beach
My company's staple has been Drai's Beachclub, one of the few "popular" pools that have some decent bottle deals and a good crowd. In recent times, the lineup mainly hip-hop Friday, Saturday, and Sundays. The crowd is a bit more diverse than it used to be these days, which is a plus for many. You will always find some pretty ladies and many bachelorette groups, as the Drai's promoters know how to entice the ladies to come to join the promoter table. The dance floor is tight and usually packed the entire set the headlining act is performing.

Azilo Ultra Pool, billed as “Las Vegas' most immersive Ultra Pool,” is located at the iconic Sahara Hotel. As part of the Sahara’s $150 million transformation, the Moroccan-themed Azilo Ultra Pool provides a sanctuary in the middle of the Mojave Desert. The pool was designed for hotel guests, day-clubbers, and partiers who want to lap up the sunshine and mingle with friends. This 35,000 poolscape includes daybeds, lily pads, lounge seating, VIP cabanas decked out with first-class amenities, and three buzzing beach bars that serve up cleverly crafted cocktails. Azilo features massive, 2-story LED walls that wrap around the outside of the pool and span the south end of the complex that can broadcast live sporting events and concerts and split into smaller screens for multiple feeds. Azilo Ultra Pool is an ultra-experience and a seriously cool hangout spot.

When I think of Daylight, I think of a music festival. The stage is similar to what you might find at a small artist venue at Electric Daisy Carnival. They boast the largest dance floor of any pool and have plenty of reasonably priced "party pits" and daybeds. They book some decent talent on the weekends as well; expect appearances from mid-level artists such as Iggy Azalea and Grandtheft. The space is wide open, the Pool is relatively large, and the crowd is diverse. If you are into Hip Hop, then the Lit 🔥 Sundays Hip Hop party is a "Do Not Miss!"

Once considered a "hotel pool," rather than a "party pool," this has changed over the last few years. The Flamingo Go Pool now showcases a quality stage and a concert-style sound system. They book open-format DJs seven days a week, and on bigger event Saturdays, you can expect to hear performances from some B-list celebs such as Vanilla Ice and Jarule. Management has raised the bar on talent, causing us to notice and begin to book groups here. The cabanas and daybeds are different than most places. You will pay a "rental fee" for the location, and the alcohol is about half the price compared to most of the other pools. You are still paying less than at other clubs when you add the rental fee and the alcohol, so I consider this a bargain spot.

Liquid Pool Lounge is not a large pool, but it's not small either. You won't see big names playing sets here, but you can catch a great party with a talented mid-level artist. Tao Group is the operator of this venue, and it is one of their only remaining small pools. There is no question; they know how to throw a party. This venue relies more on the City Center Complex's sheer size to fill the space than the artists' draw. Expect to see print-model bottle girls and a handful of bachelorette parties as the promotions team knows how to get people in the door, especially on Thursdays, which is notoriously a great day to visit.

Bare Pool Lounge
The famous boutique pool at the Mirage will always be a staple in town. For 20 years, ladies have been "showing off" their assets to the guys. The Bare Pool Lounge itself is relatively small, but there are plenty of cabanas, daybeds, and lounge chairs to go around. A cozy pool isn't half bad if you want to get up-close and personal with some topless cuties. This party goes seven days a week in season, and they have a resident DJ that will spin open-format music, which is Top 40, EDM, and Hip Hop, all blended to appeal to everyone.
Sapphire Pool
Sapphire Pool is a unicorn in the daylife scene. Not only can you see some topless strippers at this hot spot, but you can also take one back to a private room and get one-on-one attention. A unique concept! The only issue I have seen here in recent years is the crowd can be a bit hit-or-miss, and if you are trying to pick up a "tourist" girl, you will not find many here. On the flip side, you can get a couple of drinks, a complimentary ride there, and VIP Entry all for around $36 with our deal, so as far as deals go, you can't beat this place. They occasionally have a porn star or celebrity guest host, so be sure to check out our events section for the upcoming lineup.

Moorea Beach Club
Another "toptional" dayclub that will not disappoint. This party is known as a "lifestyle" hangout. If you don't know what that means, I will cut to the chase. That means swinger couples love this place. Topless and edgy would be the two words that come to mind for Moorea Beach Club. They also do the tables a bit differently than most places. You pay a "rental fee," and the alcohol is a bit less expensive. If they keep their 2019 deals intact for 2022, I would consider this a bargain party, only if you don't mind the "lifestyle" folks.
Night Swim Pool Parties
Sin City’s beach-clubbing scene lights up the night. Daylife in Las Vegas is just as exciting as the nightlife. It is renowned for the dayclubs, beach clubs, and pool parties. Several clubs are now hosting “night swims” – a daytime pool party at night. These wild and crazy evening events are designed for sunbaked revelers who want to beat the heat and cool off during the hot and steamy summer nights, soak up the good times, and mingle with friends. The dress code is pretty lax – you will see sun-kissed bodies in barely-there bikinis and swim trunks or nightclub attire for those who don’t plan to get wet. These high-energy, adults-only pool after dark parties enlist world-famous DJs to spin a mix of music to keep the crowd drinking and dancing. Night Swims are a must-do for party lovers.
XS Nightswim
I had to add this to my list. Even though this party is at night, the XS Nightswim is one of the best parties in the world, period! I included the video above so you can see for yourself, not only do they bring in big DJ talents like Major Lazor and Meduza but they also fill the pool with toys, and the guests go "buck wild." You will always find some A-list talent here, and they even have some bottle specials. This party only happens on Sundays, May to September, so consider extending your trip until Monday, so you don't miss it!
EBC at Night
If you think the pools in Las Vegas are just for daytime, think again! Located at Encore at Wynn, Encore Beach Club at Night – a.k.a. EBC at Night – takes the party outside under the stars. This pool party with a nightclub atmosphere features cabanas, bungalows, lily pads, daybeds, VIP bottle service, fully-stocked bars, beach toys, lots of splashing, plus stripper poles with gorgeous entertainers, one of the biggest pools in town, plenty of room to dance, mix and mingle, and an impressive roster of Wynn Nightlife DJs. EBC at Night is a 60,000 square foot luxurious adult playground that is all about fun and festive, high-energy vibes, and a diverse good-looking crowd that loves to party Sin City style.
Drai’s Nightswim
Drai’s is an award-winning nightclub and beachclub perched on the iconic rooftop of The Cromwell Hotel. It holds the title as one of the most Instagrammed rooftop bars in the world, and it reigns supreme as one of the best Hip Hop Clubs on the planet. On Thursdays from 10:30 PM – 4:00 AM during the summer months, Drai’s elevates the Las Vegas pool season by hosting an incredible night swim – a beach club at night boasting killer views of the Las Vegas Strip and incredible concert-like musical talent. This event is the ultimate guest experience with first-class amenities, luxury bungalows, cabanas, daybeds, full-service bars with fancy cocktails, bottle service, and multiple pools. As with any upscale night swim party in Sin City, beachwear or nightclub attire is required.
What are good Hotel Pools?
Sin City has some pretty cool pools that are not considered party pools. Some of my favorites are the MGM Grand pool and lazy river, the large Mandalay Bay Beach pool, the Planet Hollywood Surf experience, and the Boulevard Pool at the Cosmopolitan. These are my top choices if you don't want to experience the above-listed dayclubs.

I am staying at the Hotel; can I get in for Free?
The answer here is maybe. Some hotels allow hotel guests access to all pools, and some will treat hotel guests just like any guest. If the Dayclub books a popular DJ, management will likely treat the event like a concert, and you will want to get on the guestlist or buy a ticket. This means a pair of swim trunks, a t-shirt or tank top, flip flops, gym shoes, or sandals. I am not sure why this is so hard to comprehend for some guys. Notice I didn't say jerseys, athletic gear, Air Jordan's, Khaki shorts, jean shorts, cargo shorts, etc. Hopefully, you are catching my drift here!"

Since I have been in the service industry for a long time and have many friends in that realm, I get asked this question a lot: "Which pools are good during the week?" The truth is nothing will compare to a Saturday in town, but you can find a nice mix of locals and tourists at the spots below:

Ahh, the topless pools in Sin City. Admittedly, we love them, and they seem to be gaining popularity. Although we don't have any new editions to the venue lineup, the old standbys will have the ladies feeling "free." Below are our topless Pool picks this season "no tan-lines."

What time do the Pool Parties close?
All the pools in Vegas usually open at 11 AM and close around 6:00 PM. One exception, Sapphire Pool, opens at noon. If some bigger spots like Wet Republic and Encore Beach still have a decent crowd around 6:00 PM, they might extend it.
What Pool Parties play Hip Hop?
I get asked about the Hip Hop pool parties a lot, and there are only a couple of all hip hop parties. Saturdays, Drai's Beach has been booking some mid-level Hip Hop acts, and generally, when they do, they play hip hop all day. The other notable Hip Hop party is Lit 🔥 Sundays at Daylight, and Tao Beach does Hip Hop Sundays. Several pools play open-format – a mix of Top 40, EDM, and Hip Hop. For the open-format parties, check with us as artists may change, but Flamingo Go Pool and Daylight are usually good calls on Thursday and Friday.
When is the Pool Season?
In the past, opening weekend was mid-March, but these days, with the climate change, we sometimes get decent weather in early March, so the big hitters like Encore Beach Club and Marquee Day Club try and push their luck on the first couple of weekends in March. The season goes until mid-October, even late October for EBC, Wet, and Marquee Day Club.
