When planning a girl's weekend, a popular question we get asked all the time is, what's the difference between a Male Revue and a Male Strip Club? Below I put together an infographic showing the pros and cons of each. The biggest pros of a male revue are:
- High-level production; they tend to be a bit more professional and classy
- Male revues are choreographed with costume changes
- The top male athletes are residents
- Assigned seating – you are there to watch the show with a specific timeframe
- Larger theaters
On the flip side, male strip clubs will be a bit more intimate, and you can get a lap dance.

Magic Mike Live is our most popular show, and with the 2021 move to the all-new Magic Mike Live Theater at the Sahara Hotel. The magic men used to perform in the old Body English space at the Hard Rock; it was an excellent show that even impressed me, and I am not into male revues. The Hard Rock sold to Virgin Hotels, the men moved their show to the Sahara, took a year off during construction, and did a re-make on the entire production. Even if you've already seen the show, you will definitely want to go again. The new version in the new venue promised to be like "nothing you have ever seen." Developed in part by Hollywood hunk Channing Tatum, the show stems from the popular Hollywood franchise, "Magic Mike" and "Magic Mike XXL.

Chippendales
Since 1979, the world-famous Chippendales have brought ladies to their feet with their interactive show. The hardbodies of Chippendales are best known for their striptease performances, and distinctive upper body costumes – a bow tie, collar, and shirt cuffs are worn on a bare torso. This event takes place nightly at the Rio Hotel, and on the weekends, they add some extra performances to keep up with the demand. Chippendales is one of the more classy shows in town and features a surprise guest star/host. Forge some memories in 2021. Black Magic Live

Aussie Heat
Not to be outdone by the more prominent names above, the hot hunky hunks at Aussie Heat have outgrown their former home, the V-theater at Planet Hollywood. Their new home, at the Mosaic Theatre on The Strip, is bigger and better. The multi-level seating and state-of-the-art lighting and sound give the venue a nightclub vibe. The show runs Thursday to Sunday and is known for "debaucherous" fun, says owner and host Adam Barr. Their motto is the 'most hands-on show," and they are LGBTQ friendly. One might ask how-so? Well, guys, you are welcome here, and your interaction is not only acceptable, but it's encouraged! Aussie Heat gets This revue gets glowing reviews from our guests and is a bit easier on the budget than some other productions in town.

Male Strip Clubs Las Vegas
Many of our female visitors assume the only steaming hot shows in Sin City are the male revues. Most don't know there are three Male Strip Clubs in Las Vegas. Yes, ladies, these are the real deal with sexy men right down to their G-strings strutting their stuff in choreographed routines and plenty of lap dances. Bachelorettes, you can give your bride-to-be a special memory – buy her a seat up on stage or a private room dance opportunities. The male strip clubs are a cross between a male revue and a male strip club. The main difference is the productions are more intimate, and they don't have assigned seating.
Kings Of Hustler
The Kings of Hustler used to be called Hunk Mansion, and now they have taken residence on the top floor of the world-famous Larry Flynt's Hustler Club. This show is non-stop action, and the guys get up-close-and-personal. A $20 bill will go a long way when getting a lap dance at this party. The men come from diverse backgrounds and are all fit and muscular. We get rave reviews from our customers on this show. Kings of Hustler has everything you need to make your special night out fun, exciting, and memorable. Male Strip Club Etiquette
I have put together a complete guide on strip club etiquette that goes over, in detail, everything you need to know before you head to a male strip club.
The Men pay to be There
Just in case you don't know, the men pay to work at the strip club. Just like the female strippers, the male strippers have to pay what's called a "house fee" to work for the night. That fee is around $100, so the guys start in the hole for the evening. Your tips will fuel the action and get the boys fired up. They are not only there for your entertainment; they are there to make back that fee and then some because everyone likes to make some loot.
The Funnel System
I am an internet marketing enthusiast, and we use these things called marketing funnels to get the customers in the door then upsell them once they make a purchase. The male strip clubs have a similar setup and philosophy. Let's have a look:
Stage #1 The Stage
You have all seen the pictures of the handsome guys dancing on a stage full of dollar bills and ladies gathered around stuffing more into the jockstrap.
Stage #2 The Famous Lap Dance
The funnel's next stage is to get a lap dance in the Main Room for a fee of around $20. You will get one song's worth of attention from the entertainer. Songs are approximately 3-4 minutes tops.
Stage #3 VIP Area
Caution ladies, stage three can get a little more expensive, and the lines between reasonable and "What am I doing?" begin to get blurred. At this point, you've committed to spending some time with the dancer. Typically, the cost is at least $100 for approximately one 20-minute session. That might not be the only fee you'll incur as the Strip Club is looking to get part of these upsells as well. Generally, you will have to spend some minimum dollar amount, whether it be two drinks, an expensive bottle, or something that will go into the house's kitty.
Stage #4 Skybox or Private VIP Room
Now that you've made your way to the top-of-the-funnel (TOF), it's time to empty your pockets or break out the debit or credit cards. The entertainer has achieved his goal of up-selling you to a high-ticket offering. To secure a private room, the dancer will have an hourly rate of around $500 per male for one hour, and again, the club has to make some money, so expect some additional spend. My pro tip: proceed with caution here, ladies.
Complimentary Transportation
We are direct partners with all the Gentlemen's Clubs in Las Vegas. When you book with us, our packages include VIP transportation (limo, party bus, or sprinter van) from any hotel in the Strip's vicinity to the strip club you want to attend, plus perks. The vehicle will have the gentlemen's club logo on it, and the driver will have your cell number and know your name because you booked with us in advance.
You must get into the vehicle that we send! Las Vegas is what we call a "Den of Thieves," and the limo, taxi, Uber, and Lyft drivers are the worst of them all. They will lie to you and tell you they work directly for the strip clubs when they don't. They are paid a referral fee or a "kickback" for bringing customers to the strip clubs. If you take any of these third-party vehicles, you will have to pay for that ride, the club will stick you with at least a $50 cover at the door, and you will not get any of the perks because the club is now having to pay someone out for your business. The savings you would have received via any package you booked with us is now null and void. The money you just wasted unnecessarily could be going to drinks and lap dances. All of our packages include a ride, several perks like two free drinks, VIP entry, and more.
The story's moral is to confirm that the driver knows your name and number before you get into any ride, and the vehicle has the Strip Club logo on it. I cannot stress this enough; please get into the vehicle we send from the Gentleman's Club.
Big Tip: When we say, "complimentary transportation," please keep in mind that it's for the ride itself and does not include a gratuity to the driver. Please be sure to take care of your driver.
