Flamingo Las Vegas Pool Party

We are not 100% sure why they call it the “Go Pool Party” but if you want to have a great time, we suggest you "GO" to this beach club. It wasn't until recently that we started paying attention to the Flamingo Pool Party. One of the main reasons is that it became a viable option as a trustworthy party.
Back in the day, they didn't book any DJs and the party wasn't all that special, but those days are gone. Now, with a seven-day-a-week lineup, a freshly renovated pool and patio and new bottle service options, this is an excellent call for a reasonably priced pool party.
They even bring in some A-list level talent from time to time, including an occasional nighttime concert by the pool. Another bonus for guests, you can stop by this hidden gem and see actual flamingos in the live animal refuge on the way to this hidden gem.

About Brian Pfeiffer & Surreal Nightlife

Independent hosting is a sexy but very serious business, especially in Las Vegas. You can't just be any person off the street and hope to work with these nightclubs; you need a gaming license, you must pass an FBI background check, go through a lot of bureaucracy, and own a legit company (State LLC) to do business with them. You also must have the pull, the right contacts, and relationships built on trust in order to work a deal.
I started in this business as a front door host in 2000, and 20 years later, I worked my way up to become a major player in the nightlife industry. While I still have ownership in a club in Chicago and own a large Chicago-based Halloween and New Year's Event Company my home has been in Las Vegas since February 2013 when The Hakkasan Group moved me to the city to be their promotions manager for both Wet Republic and Hakkasan. Nearly one year into my Vegas Adventure, I had enough customers to start my own independent hosting company – Surreal LLC.
I do well in this business because my company is reputable, I exceed my customer's expectations, and most importantly, I have the proper licensing. I am licensed by the Nevada Gaming Commission; here is a snap-shot of Nevada gaming licenses and to my Clark County Professional Promoter business license. We also have 100's of 5-star reviews.

A few words of advice, before you book any Bottle Service, please make sure you are working with a licensed company like mine and someone who knows what they're doing and who will go above and beyond to make your experience an amazing one! Trust me when I say I know how to throw a great party. I live and breathe this business 24/7; it's my passion! Understand, we are working for YOU and not the clubs. With my years of event and clubbing experience and hundreds of connections, your Vegas Vacation will be better than anything you ever imagined.
Because of our strong relationships with the upper management and some of the VIP Hosts, we can deliver exceptional service.

Flamingo GO Pool DJs, Artists & Music

Go Pool is a mid-tier pool party event to attend in Las Vegas. For the most part, the music will be a combo of electronic dance music, hip-hop, and top forty. We can this style of music open format. Check out all the Flamingo Go Pool Events and enter the dates you will be in Sin City. The party gets crazy in the pool; lots of laughing, splashing, and having fun!
Where is the VIP Check-in?

Walk up, and if you have a table reservation with us, we will escort you in. Tables, tickets, and guestlist signage indicate your line you will enter on the right for tables. On holiday weekends and big artist days, we recommend arrival before 11:00 am. Signage will point you to one of three lines, tickets, guest list, and tables. The guestlist line can be ridiculous with 30 minutes plus waits.
What is Bottle Service?

By definition, Bottle Service means purchasing alcohol by the bottle instead of buying a drink. American clubs, especially in Las Vegas, are synonymous with "Poppin Bottles." You will be paying a premium for a bottle to reserve a section in the Club, but it includes a personal server VIP entry into the Dayclub.
The cost of a bottle is reasonable, but keep in mind you have a rental fee for the section on the top of the bottle service. Usually, an assortment of standard mixers includes cranberry juice, soda, tonic, orange juice, pineapple juice, and soft drinks. Red Bulls and bottled water are available for an upcharge.
What's a Minimum Spend?

The minimum spend is the amount you agree to spend in advance on alcohol to get a table or real estate in the Dayclub. In Vegas, we call the minimum spend "the min." The better tables will have a higher minimum spend, and on bigger DJ days, you can expect a higher "min." Usually, for prime tables, a cabana near stage, or poolside day bed, you will have to "shake" a.k.a. the Vegas Handshake, which is a tip to the host's podium for the specific location. This venue will have rental fee for the section included with that will be a small minimum spend on alcohol.
Flamingo Pool Vegas Bottle Service Tables

Getting Bottle Service has its perks, from VIP entry to a personalized server and security for your section can make your big day out extra special. We walk you right past any lines with expedited entry. See our 3D map above or look at the 2D tap map with the table number so that we can discuss your booking.

CABANAS
The Cabanas are a Vegas-must for the pool!
Premium Party Cabanas (12 people)

Cabanas line the inner row if you are facing the DJ to the left. They are roomy inside, have a large couch inside and close to the action. These cabanas get the job done for a reasonable price.
Cabanas (12 people)

Like the premium party cabanas, these are the next row back, more like the back wall cabanas. Complete with a large sectional couch and a couple of lounge chairs in front.
Backyard Cabanas (12 people)

There are only 2 of these if you are looking at the DJ to the right. They are a bit behind the stage, but they are close to the artist booth. These are your value cabanas.
Wet Deck Daybed (6 people)

The wet deck daybeds are prime and poolside. they rest right against the pool and are in the action. For the price, these are quite the deal. Some of them have an indentation in the pool with a private wading area for your group.
Pool Side Daybeds & Premium Poolside Daybeds (4 people)

There are a bunch of these daybeds on the DJ side of the pool, they are perfect for four people and a reasonably priced and in the action of the main pool, the ones closer to the main action are considered premium poolside.
Party Daybeds (8 people)

If you have a party of eight or less and want to be in the action, these offer a nice amount of space to hang out, and the price is reasonable compared to other spots in town. So, if your budget is tight or you want to get a package deal, this party daybed is a great option.
Lounge Bed (2 people)

The entry-level tables are the lounge beds and they are perfect for smaller groups, couples, or a group of girls. They are located poolside at the smaller pool near the entrance if you are looking at the DJ on the left side. They offer a nice amount of space to hang out and the price is reasonable compared to other spots in town. So, if your budget is tight or you want to get a package deal, this lounge daybed is a great option.
Family Beach Club

There are a few small daybeds at the beach club family pool for 4 people. There are also six cabanas at the family pool available for rent.
What Does Flaming Go Pool Bottle Service Cost?

$250 (minimum spend) |
$20.94 (8.75% City Tax on the min spend, pay at venue) |
$80 (20% service charge on the rental fee) |

$21 (Processing Fee) |
$30.29 (CC Fee) |
$6.70 (Rental Sales Tax) |
$0 ($0 Podium Tip for location) |
= $736.70 with what you pay at venue $858.93 |
This does not include any "shake" to the podium for location, express entry, specific table, etc. FYI, a "shake" can also help with a lower minimum spend, express entry, and a better table location. This option is not always available. When someone refers to the "shake," that means they tip on top of your table minimum and the tip, tax, and venue fee that you will be paying. (The "shake" or "handshake" to the podium goes into the host's tip pool).
In many instances, there is an opportunity to get lower-than-posted pricing online with what's called a "handshake" in Las Vegas; basically, it is a gratuity to the podium for a lower minimum and a potential upgraded location. Sometimes a podium tip is required for a particular table or even to get a location on certain days. There are some heftier podium tips needed when big hitters are in town, and it's a holiday or fight weekend.
Go Flamingo’s Best Tables

Obviously, if you can afford the higher prices for the premium party cabanas, those are the best tables. We've had days where we over-delivered on a table for a lower minimum, and our customers were ecstatic. For a reasonable price, we would say the poolside daybeds deliver, and they are an excellent party for the price - right in the pool action!
The Best Value Tables

It's hardly a "value" when a bottle costs $250 plus tip and tax totaling near $400, but if you just want a place to chill and hang out on a weekday, friday or sunday, you don't necessarily have to order a bottle. For a reasonable minimum, you can order food, beers, and drinks and still get a place to sit next to the smaller pool or main pool. On some Fridays and Sundays, when demand is low, you can get a decent spot on the wet deck daybeds for a small minimum. Also, some Fridays and Sundays, we can get a deal on an premium party cabana if you're a bunch of ladies.
Flamingo Pool Vegas Bottle Service Menu
Below is the bottle menu; you will notice the inflation with the ridiculous starting prices:
Bottle Service Presentations

We have seen champagne sprays and names on signs! Caesar’s Management is known for its over-the-top bottle service presentations. Check out the video above of a big one that we've had. Usually, you must order a minimum of $1,000 at once and some sort of champagne. However, this can change depending on the day and the artist. On some days, all you must do is ask for some sort of presentation. On bigger artist days, it's going to require a little bit more spend to make one happen. Just let us know if that's what you're looking for, and we can coordinate a presentation and potentially a DJ shout out!
Vegas Corporate events

If you're looking to book a corporate event, just let us know, and we'll set up a proposal. Whether it's the pool party or the nightclub, we can make your event special. Many of our customers love renting out the cabanas for their corporate events.

Several tables are perfect for smaller groups. They will typically have a low minimum spend and still be in the action. There might also be an opportunity to combine a couple with a larger group for the day. Hit us up, and we'll be happy to discuss it.

Since men book most of the bottle service, we book a lot of bachelor parties at this venue. We have some fantastic packages that include limos, brunch, and Vegas strip clubs. So, if you're looking for a package deal or a straight bottle service minimum, we can make that happen. We always do our best to try to get some Vegas girls to your table. It has been my unique selling proposition for years.

Bachelorette Parties at Flamingo Pool

Not to forget about our favorite ladies, we book a surprising amount of bachelorette parties at the Flamingo. Ladies love the cabanas or daybeds. On occasion, we also offer services to help get the ladies just past the VIP ropes. So, if you're interested in a package deal with drag brunch, all-you-can-eat-and-drink dinners, limos, and possibly a male strip club or male revue let us know, and we'll make your party fabulous.

Las Vegas Promoter and Girl-Guy System

I bet you have heard of a Las Vegas Promoter, but have you heard of a girl-guy? Certain elite promoters earn the title of the club's girl-guy. These "super promoters" are usually good-looking fellas that seem to have a way with the hottest girls in town. They have a big role in the venue's operations. They are tasked with making sure the guys spending the money have females at their table to mingle with 🤗!

We all know Vegas has a lot of bachelor parties, and a lot of the guys in the crew might be a little "out of their league" when it comes to pulling talent to the section. The girl-guy typically will have dozens of girl comps, single hotties, and bachelorette groups to pull from a promoter table. They work for tips and bring more talent if the first round doesn't mesh well. I always like to help with talent, but some groups prefer the "hunt" on their own. Another option is to hire a couple of atmosphere models for around $400 for 4 hours; you can get some magazine quality models to hang with the boys all night, just let me know!
Book Atmosphere ModelsHow do I get my guests in if they arrive late?

Usually, this is a straightforward process. Your guest(s) can walk up to the ropes and mention the name the table is under and the table number, and they get right in. Some exceptions could be if the club is at capacity and they just can't physically let anybody else in via the Fire Marshal's rules and regulations, or if you are way over your limit on the number of people at your table.
Note: This pool is strict on the number of people per table. If, for some reason, you have some uninvited guests at your table, be sure to get security to have them removed. I strongly suggest that you do not try to remove them yourself as an altercation could occur, and potentially everyone at the table will get kicked out. With over 20 years of experience in this business, please trust us; that is the best way to handle situations like this.
Pool Toys and Swag

They do have pool toys in the main pools at the day party; a lot of flamingos! 🦩 The scenery is excellent, so breakout out the Snapchat and Instagram because you're going to see some craziness going on in the pool - you just never know what's going to happen. Either way, it's a wild party and great for some footage.
World Famous Waitresses

One thing's for sure; management at Vegas pool parties knows how to hire a world-class staff. The pool servers are some of the best-looking women in the world. When you join us at this event, you're in for a treat with the staff.
Quality of Crowd

The overall crowd at most pools these days is what we would consider average. Anybody can get in; anybody can buy a ticket, and anybody can buy a table which means it's not like the old days when the pool club management could decide who they wanted to let in. Since the venues are attached to large casinos with very lucrative licenses, the last thing any of these casinos want is a discrimination lawsuit. So, the pool's only line of defense is either the cover charge or the dress code.
If you look at the website pictures for most of the pools, it will seem like the party is filled with beach bodies and models; but unfortunately, that's not the reality. The pool has a nice mix of people from around the world in all shapes and sizes. That's not to say you can't meet some quality people if you get some Bottle Service with us. Usually, having a place to congregate like a cabana or a daybed increases your chances of meeting some attractive members of the opposite sex. Let us know, and we will be happy to get your real estate set up.
What is Flamingo Pool’s Dress Code?

We have a dedicated section on the Dress Code in Las Vegas. To keep things simple for the guys, you must wear swim attire. Cargo shorts, pants, khaki pants or athletic gear of any kind is not allowed. For shoes, wear stylish gym shoes, sandals, or flip-flops. Ladies, bikinis are encouraged, and one-pieces are excellent as well, but you will need to wear a cover-up walking to and from the venue. Note: They do allow bags and backpacks, but they only want you to put necessities in them.
Vegas Pool Dress CodeWhat do Drinks Cost?

Drinks vary in price at the bar. Go is around the industry standard of pricing for drinks; they range from $10 - $20 per drink and Beers from $10 - $12 each. They have the crazy large plastic cup and straw combo that costs around $80. Individual 1L Bottles Start at $250 plus, and bottle service minimums typically range from $100 - $1,500+ before tax, tips, and fees.
Guestlist versus Tickets for Go Pool Vegas?

The Guestlist lines up to the left if you're looking at the front door. One of our good buddies is the main promotion manager and top promoter. The rules change each day, depending on the artist performing. A good rule of thumb is you must arrive before 3 pm. But generally, you'll find ladies are free, and guys with even ratio are typically free on the Flamingo Go Pool guestlist. Another option is club tickets for the sin city pool clubs. An important tip to remember, Flamingo Go Pool tickets guarantee entry, and the guest list does not.
Here's what you can expect on the guest list:
All Days But Saturday | Saturday | |
---|---|---|
Males | Free Entry before 3 am check-in | Free or Discounted Admission (depends on headliner – early arrival recommended) |
Females | Free Entry before 3 am check-in | Free Entry (early arrival recommended) |
Here's what you can expect for Tickets:
All Days But Saturdays | Some Fridays/Saturdays/Some Sundays: | |
---|---|---|
Males | $30-$40 | $30 to $50 |
Females | $20 | $20 to $50 |
*Early arrival is required for Saturday events, especially with big headliners. Guestlist details are subject to capacity – if the club hits near capacity with the lines outside still full of people, the pool may decide to start charging people early.
Get on The Go Pool GuestlistSuppose you're planning on attending a big event and can't get there early. In that case, you might want to investigate purchasing general admission tickets in advance to avoid paying the highly inflated price at the door and to guarantee your entry. Pre-purchased tickets automatically guarantee access to the venue; the Guestlist does not!
Get Go Pool TicketsSurreal Tip: Nightclub and b Pool Party guestlists are geared more toward female patrons. All-female groups typically have a little more leeway for arrival time on big days, while groups with males in their party might not have the same time luxury. 📲 Contact us to find out what the best course of action is for your group by filling out a form.
Insider Tip: Did you know that some nightclubs offer girl comp tables and open bar for ladies? It's true! Check out our complete guide to Las Vegas Open Bar Deals.
Flamingo Pool Security

Before entry, all guests are required to empty their pockets (for ladies, they will look in your purse), submit to a metal detector test, and make sure everyone entering is not bringing in anything dangerous. It's equivalent to going through the TSA line at the airport. This applies to all guests, whether you are going in with general admission or a table.
Pro Tip: If you purchased a table and some unwanted patrons wander in by accident, it is always best to have the security staff ask them to leave instead of doing it yourself to avoid potential conflicts. In the event of a confrontation between guests, both parties may likely be asked to leave. Security has the final say on such matters.
Las Vegas Security GuideWhat can't I bring into the venue?
Here are some things that you will be either asked to throw away or go back to your room to deposit before coming back:
- Vapes – weed dispensaries are extremely popular and legal in NV, and vaping is in vogue, but most venues will not allow vapes inside their premises. They will ask you to bring it back to your room or throw away the cartridge inside, even if it isn't a CBD cartridge.
- Outside Food/Beverages – finish your food and drinks before you get in the line.
- Camera equipment – the only recording equipment you are allowed to bring is the one on your phone. Digital cameras selfie sticks are not allowed into the venue.
- Packs of gum – this only applies to day clubs, which tend to be a lot stricter about checking everything that goes into the venue, but guests have been known to try and sneak drugs inside packs of gum to get them into the venue, so expect to have your gum taken away at the door.
- Prescription medication (or anything resembling pills) – if you need your prescription while inside the venue, you will have to bring the prescription and explain what the medicine is for; otherwise, expect to get pulled to the side.
- Oversized bags – anything larger than a lady's clutch purse will be denied into the venue. This applies to most backpacks, gym bags, totes, etc. While most hotels can hold onto your luggage at the bell desk, Go Pool has lockers, and they are pricey! Lockers are not cheap, last time we checked, they were in the $60/day range, but we would much rather you rent one than have your belongings lying around the pool deck.
Brian Pfeiffer's Final Word

As we already alluded to, in the past we did not give much respect to the Flamingo Go Pool ; however, they’ve upped their game and now they offer a high-octane vibe at a fantastically laid out pool. This party reminds us of a lot of the now-closed Rehab and Kaos pool parties. You will get a diverse crowd for a reasonable price with some decent talent.
For groups on a budget, this is a viable alternative and can deliver that Vegas Pool Party vibe at a fraction of the cost compared to some of the other major pools like Stadium Swim, Encore Beach Club, Tao Beach, Marquee Dayclub, Wet Republic, AYU Dayclub, and Drai's Beach Club. The venue is about a comparable level to Élia Beach Club, Daylight, Liquid Pool Lounge and Azilo Ultra Pool but only time will tell if their promotion team can pack the place without a $300K artist booking.
If you are looking for a topless pool check out Bare Pool Lounge, Sapphire Pool, or Moorea Beach Club these adult oriented pools offer the ladies “toptional” sun bathing. 🌞
